Part 9

After a while you headed downstairs. The room was properly set by the boys. It wasn't gonna be a "Tony Stark-style party", it was more like a small reunion but still, they did a great job.

The boys were already sitting at the lounge with the special guests.

Tony invited Pepper, his biggest crush and assistant, Dr. Helen Cho, who helped him and Bruce at the lab sometimes, and Maria Hill, who worked with Nick Fury and helped him with the logistics.

You walked straight to bar where Nat was.

Nat: "Looking sexy fella!"

Y/N: "Thanks Natty, you look stunning too!"

Nat: "Drink?"

Nat was the best preparing drinks. She always knew what you needed.

Y/N: "Oh yes please, the stronger the better!"

Bucky: "Aren't you too young to drink?"

He shouted from the lounge.

Y/N: "Aren't you too old to be alive?"

Nat and you joined the group while everyone laughed at your joke.

Tony: "I swear you two fight like an old married couple"- He pointed at Bucky and you.

Thor: "Maybe one day you can be one"

Bucky and Y/N: "No way!"

Everyone laughed again at your connection.

Nat: "Well, well, well, anyone up for a game?"

Y/N: "A 100%, any suggestions?"

Tony: "Truth or dare?"

Wanda: "I'm in"

Everyone else nodded in agreement.

Y/N: "Good, I'll go first, Tony, truth or dare?"

Tony: "Dare, always"

Y/N: "Fine, kiss Pepper"- You swirled your brows at him.

Tony: "Really Y/N?"- He gave you a death stare.

Pepper: "For God's sake Tony, stop being
such a baby"

She pulled his tie moving him closer to her to connect their lips. Tony was incredibly surprised by her actions 'cause he was the kind of guy who liked to have control but this time he gave in. They parted their lips deepening the kiss. They made out for few seconds until everyone started to cheer teasing them.

Y/N: "Whoohoo! Finally"

They finally pulled away from each other. Tony's face was priceless, he was so shocked but extremely happy. Pepper just covered her red cheeks in embarrassment.

Once they caught their breath, you gave them thumbs up and mouthed a "You're welcome" to Tony. Pepper was definitely a beautiful woman, and actually the only one who could handle Tony and he was head over heels in love with her so that was good.

Nat: "My turn, Steve, truth or dare?"

Steve: "We're beginning so, I'll go with truth"

Nat: "Have you ever fancied over Y/N?"

Your cheeks went bright red at her question. Steve was your best friend, he was the one who looked after you since the very first moment you joined the team. He was an amazing and handsome guy but you've never thought about him in a romantic way and maybe his answer could complicate things between you.
