"Mommy! Look! Kacchan and I were holding hands today! He gave me this really pretty flower!" Hisako boasted as she held a pink aconite flower. It was beautiful, and as Inko was about to congratulate her, Izuku coughed.
"That flower is an aconite. It symbolizes hatred," Izuku stated before hiding his smile.
Hisako sobbed suddenly; she had always gotten her way with a good cry.
Inko huffed, "Izuku! You did not have to tell her such- worthless information to intentionally ruin the moment!"
Izuku frowned as he looked at the ground, "I was just-"
"Do not talk back to your mother, Izuku," Hisashi Midoriya warned from the couch he was sitting on. He had a cup of coffee in his hand, along with a newspaper on his lap.
Hisako stopped sobbing and sniffed, "It's okay, Mommy. I'm used to Izuku and his friends bullying me at school..."
Inko turned to face her son, "Is this true, Izuku?"
Izuku stuttered, "No! I- I-" He didn't know why his sister would tell them parents such lies. He never bullied anybody; he was being bullied.
"Upstairs, Izuku, now," Hisashi said with a sigh before pulling out a thick leather belt from a cabinet near him. He set down his coffee and newspaper angrily.
Inko had done nothing to stop her husband.
Izuku smiled, "Okay, Hisako." He whispered under his breath before wheeling through the hallway in silence. The man who had taken him there was no longer outside when he was pushed out, so Izuku guessed his way out.
He guessed wrong.
Izuku hadn't been to a real school ever since middle school, so he was ultimately confused on where he was going.
Minutes went by as Izuku was starting to worry that he wouldn't be able to get out. He silently cursed why the school was ever this big in the first place.
He stopped in front of what looked like a boys bathroom. Izuku sighed to himself, "I'm late to class..."
Izuku groaned before an ash blonde opened the door from the bathroom. Izuku found that he had looked familiar, and he realized that it was the male that was looking at his sister with hatred when he was in the classroom.
Izuku wanted to ask many questions, ranging from "How's it like being in class 1-A?", "What's your quirk?", and "What did my sister ever do to you?". But Izuku didn't ask anything, if the blonde in front of him was rude to his sister, then he would be rude to him.
"Uh- need some help getting out?" Katsuki asked weirdly. He, too, had recognized the boy from earlier in his class. He had asked to use the bathroom a few minutes ago. Had the boy really stayed that long?
Izuku nodded, then shook his head. He didn't know how to be rude, but he would try his best for Hisako!
"No, I can get out myself," Izuku said, determined. But he knew that he sounded reluctant rather than determined.
Katsuki raised one eyebrow skeptically, "You've been here for, like, half an hour."
Izuku turned a light shade of pink. His mouth suddenly seemed a bit dry, "I-It doesn't matter how long I've been here!"
