After Aizawa had left, an awkward silence hung in the room. Kaminari decided it was up to him to break it.

"Alright, alright, I know this situation kind of sucks but let's look on the bright side!"

"..."

"..."

"...Alright, I'll bite. What bright side?" Jirou asked.

Kaminara brightened up, jumping off the couch, lifting his finger high into the air, and opening his mouth in preparation for his explanation. It never came. He slumped back down on the couch. "I got nothing."

Silence fell on the class again.

"...I don't know, I'm kind of curious about how they'll act without any of their memories." Shoji voiced.

"Yeah! It's kind of like putting them back to their default settings, right?"

"I don't know if thats the right way to phrase it, Hagakure." Tokoyami replied, but it was obvious he was amused by her wording.

"You know what? you guys are totally right! Is Bakugo is still going to be his angry self?" Mina questioned.

Iida sighed and adjusted his glasses. "Either way, please treat them both respectfully. Aizawa sensei was correct, this is probably a very stressful situation for the two of them."

Iida turned to look at Uraraka and Kirishima. "If you two need any assistance with your duties please don't hesitate to ask. It's my job as both your class president and your friend to help when I'm needed."

Uraraka blushed and shook a hand at him. "I doubt that will be too necessary for me. Deku is still Deku with or without his memories."

"Even so, I want you to know that I am here to help. I, too, care very much for Midoriya."

She smiled. "Of course. Thank you, Iida!"

Kirishima laughed a bit. "As much as I wanna claim that I'll have no trouble with Bakugo... I might end up taking your offer up Iida. My bro is a handful when he has memories... Without them? I have no idea what it'll be like."

Iida nodded. "Of course. My offer always stands. I'm sure I'm not the only one willing to help."

The class rang out with everyone offering up their help as well.

Not long after, Aizawa returned.

"Uraraka and Kirishima, lets go. They're both up."

The class waved them off and they got going.

Regardless of her confidence in Deku, Uraraka felt her nerves begin to rise. What if she was wrong and this new amnesiac Deku was an entirely different person?

Kirishimas nerves were on the rise too, though, he was more scared that Bakugos original personality would be cranked up to 50. He didn't want to imagine a Bakugo with absolutely no filter.

Both of their nerves were quickly put on pause as they approached the door to recovery girls office and heard...

...Midoriya?

The door opened and there they were. Midoriya lost in his own mumbling and Bakugo staring at him in awe.

Wait. Freeze frame. Pause.

...Bakugo was staring at Midoriya... Who was mumbling... In awe...?

Kirishima and Urarakas jaws both dropped. Aizawa rolled his eyes and clicked their mouths shut.

"Midoriya. Bakugo."

Midoriya stopped mid sentence and blushed, looking over to see who had interrupted him.
