Before the amnesiacs knew it, the week had started to speed by. With the steady repetition of classes, trying to catch up in studies they didn't remember, and relearning their exercise routines so that they didn't lose muscle mass in the meantime, their time was held in a tight grip.
Honestly, Izuku had begun to get a bit frustrated by the lack of interaction he'd been able to have with Katsuki. He and Katsuki practically shared a room and yet by the time the two of them turned in for the night they were too exhausted to say much to one another.
He had been a bit awkward at first about their sleeping arrangements but, he gave up on trying to sleep in his own room that first night and couldn't look back.
'You'd think with sharing a bed we'd get to know eachother at least a little more?' He thought in his head, groaning as he dragged his sore body through the motions of yet another routine. He was seriously questioning his previous self and his choice of a career.
He thought that with their desks being so close together that maybe they'd be able to at least fit in a little 5 minute conversation? Their classmates always seemed determined to take up all of their time with questions.
That was something else that he didn't get. The questions they had been asking them were so... weird. You'd think they'd never seen two people act friendly with eachother with the way they reacted to the smallest things.
He passed Katsuki a pencil and was thanked? The entire room would stare at them. Even people from the other classes were beginning to give them weird looks.
So... no time to talk to Katsuki and for whatever reason the two of them were the talk of the school. He wasn't sure how Katsuki was managing with all of this.
He knew that their homeroom teacher was trying to fix this whole mess for them but Izuku was seriously beginning to doubt that he was getting anywhere with that. A week with no updates and a nightmare of a schedule.
At the very least, now that he's finally been getting the hang of things he might have some time to himself.
He was very determined to get Katsuki all to himself.
The plan he had managed to craft in his head to do so was simple! First, he tells his other classmates that he's going out for a run. As long as nobody offers to go with him he will then jog out of the building alone and make a sharp turn to go around the dorms. After this, he'll attempt to pinpoint Katsuki's balcony and will put his work out routines to good use by scaling the wall... He would use his supposedly super powerful quirk to do this if he knew how to even activate it to begin with but alas, his natural physical strength would have to do. Once he safely climbed into the dorm he would creep past the door and begin to light a fire that would draw the attention of the rest of the remaining class-
"Izuku?"
He yelped, spinning around to face an amused looking Katsuki.
"Katsuki! Wha- how?"
"I asked for some time off. Told them I was gonna fuckin snap if I had to do one more damn crunch. Why the fuck were you mumbling about a fire?"
"...No reason."
"..."
"...Anyways, you wanted to see me?" Izuku awkwardly chuckled.
"Course I did. This shitty schedule takes up almost all of my free time. Haven't gotten to say fuck all to you this past week. Let's go hang out somewhere."
"Alright! Where do you want to go?"
"Anywhere but the dorms and the school. I'm getting headaches just seeing the walls of this place."
