Carrots for a Hungry Bunny (Beel X reader)

(SPOILERS FOR OBEY ME ANIME EPISODE 3!!!!!!)

(yeah you probably know what this will be about. When I started making these one-shots, I made a tiny rant about how Beel didn't get a carrot in episode 3 of the anime. I didn't publish the rant bc I was over it but I still wanted to write a story about the reader giving Beel carrots. Since I didn't want this to be my first Beel X reader story in here, I'll try to make this short. Enjoy!)

It had been one long, eventful day. First, you went to The Fall to see the brothers in their bunny outfits and watch their chaos, then you had to go to class. Needless to say, you were pretty tired. You were walking to your room to get ready for bed when you heard some commotion coming from the twins' room. You noticed the door was ajar so you took a quick peek. You saw Beel sitting on his bed, with Belphie sitting next to him. Beel looked kinda sad. You wondered why. He had fun at The Fall, right? So why would he be sad after a fun day? You decided listen in on the twins' conversation to see what was up:

"I don't know what I did..."
"It's okay, Beel. They probably forgot."
"How could they forget?"
"If it makes you feel better, I haven't had my carrot yet. So you can have it."
"But that's your carrot."
"Maybe you can ask them about it tomorrow?"
"I guess I could."

You quietly gasped. You had forgotten to give Beel a carrot! You needed to find a way to make it up to him. The question is, how? You sat down on your bed and thought about it. While you thought, you checked Akuzon for some ideas. Suddenly, you stumbled across something. "Carrots. 5 Grimm a box" you whispered. This gave you an idea! You select the amount of boxes you want and called The Fall to tell the manager about your idea.

The next day, you head down to The Fall to set everything up. You had to make sure everything was perfect. After all, this was for Beel. After you finished setting everything up, you went to the gym to find Beel. You spotted him on the treadmill and went to him. "Hey Beel!" You said excitedly. Beel stopped the treadmill and got off "oh, hey y/n! Hey, about yesterday-"

"No time for that! Get your bunny outfit on and head to The Fall!" You interrupted. "Oh, okay. I'll meet you there," Beel left to take a shower and change. Meanwhile, you hurried to The Fall to wait for Beel. While you were there, you checked everything again to make sure everything worked. You waited for a while until you finally heard the door open. You look up and see Beel all decked out in his bunny outfit. You got closer as you began to admire him in his outfit. Beel noticed you staring at him and blushed, "Do I look good?" You smiled and nodded, "Now, close your eyes, take my hand, and follow me..."

Beel covered his eyes and held your hand. You slowly lead Beel to the room you wanted to take him to. You let go of his hand, "Keep your eyes closed," you told him as you walked away. Once you were where you needed to be, you grabbed a rope and made sure it was situated. "Okay, Beel. Open your eyes!", Beel uncovered his eyes and looked up. You gave the rope you were holding a big tug, making a big pile of carrots fall from the ceiling. Beel smiled, but soon realized he was about to be crushed with carrots. He started running away from the falling carrots, but he tripped and fell. Thankfully, he was able to get away before being crushed. You walked out from behind a curtain, looking at Beel, who was still on the ground.

"Y/n..." Beel said while trying to catch his breath, "Are these.......for me...?" You nodded happily, "Yup, I felt awful that I forgot to give you a carrot yesterday, so I decided to make it up to you,". Suddenly, Beel's bunny tail started moving quickly. His ears perked up with happiness. He jumped up, bolted toward the carrot pile, and jumped in "WOOHOO!!!!". Beel began devouring the carrots one by one. He was blushing hard and had a big smile on his face. Watching him eat the carrots made you happy. Suddenly, you felt something hug you from behind. It was Beel. He rubbed his cheek against yours. "Thank you, y/n! This is the best present ever!" He said excitedly. You smiled and put your hand on his other cheek, "you're very welcome, Beel". Beel stopped hugging you and looked at the pile of carrots, "But I don't think I'll be able to finish all of these on my own. I was wondering if you could help me," you nodded "Of course, Beel!" Beel took your hand got ready to jump, "One, two, three!". You jumped in the pile of carrots with Beel and began eating.

You ate and ate until you felt stuffed. However, Beel kept eating. After an hour or so, he got full and sat next to you. "Phew, that was a lot of carrots, and it feels like we haven't even made a dent!" He said as he relaxed next to you. Beel turned to you and gave you a big hug, "Thank you again, y/n. You have no idea how much this means to me. I feel like I could kiss you right now," you leaned in closer to him, "Go right ahead." Beel leaned in and gave you a big kiss on the lips, "mmmmm...". After you two kissed, Beel yawned, "I usually like to nap when I get full like this. Wanna take a nap with me?" You nodded and scooted closer to him. Beel picked you up and wrapped his arms around you. You rested your head on his chest and closed your eyes. The last thing you heard was a small "I love you" from Beel as you both drifted off to sleep.

(I might do more of these stories with the brothers in their bunny outfits receiving carrots from you because I feel bad for leaving them out. Vote if you wanna see that! And I hope you enjoyed this story!)
