Walls And Cubboards (Chapter 11)

I awake in a cold sweat breathing heavy. I look around.. I don't recognize this place. I move my legs over the bed and see a splint put on my broken leg so I could still walk. I got up carefully and opened the door I thought would lead out it opened to a corridor.. I heard someone walking up stairs and look to see snape. He was wearing a grey sweater with some black jeans and dark grey socks. His hair is just as it usually is. Slightly greasy. But god does it make him look sexy with that turtle neck. "what are you doing out of bed?" He said as he had placed a tray of food down on a small corridor table. "Come on you need to rest" I pouted a little "but I wanna exploreee" He chuckled a bit at me acting immature making the butterflies in my stomach awaken and flutter about as I see a small smile on his face instead of the usual unreadable expression. He shoos me back into my room and brings in the tray as I laid back in bed. "You can look around after your leg heals" he states as he sets the tray in my lap. And a small potion before I could ask he said "it's a quick healing potion so you wont have to be bed redden for long" I take the potion tasting horrible as always and I give him back the vile. "How long was I asleep?" Snape replied with "you were out cold for three days I'm surprised you not still asleep." He took the empty vile from my hands. I eat the breakfast he made for me. Like last time it was delicious. Snape sipped on some tea as I eat. Assuming he already ate. "You should be able to go back to Hogwarts with me tomorrow morning. But you'll be staying I'm my dorm until you've succeeded in Occlumency. I'll leave you to rest today but tomorrow we have a lot of work to do." He had put on his stern professor face and voice again. I could feel him re building the walls around him that I tried to break.. I had gotten out of him a lot more then others would have but it wasnt enough. I wanted to see the true snape. Not the one he let show to all the other students. It had made me feel special..

It's been three days. And I'm back in snapes lounge. Sweat dripping off of me as Ive been practicing occlumency with him. Hes only seen the past few days as I've been trying to block him out completely. "Its not good enough Y/n. Again" as he said the words to enter my mind a knocking on the door made me loose focus completely.. it went far back to a day I never wanted to remember..

Flashback

Me and my big sister Sei (sea) were in the living room. I was bothering her about promising me to take me to the toy shop three days ago. "Come on Sei you promised.." 10 year old me complained.. "it's been three daysss" I said dramatically. "Hm.. I dont know Y/n.. I just have a bad feeling.." I groan in annoyance ignoring her words "you just dont wanna go." I pouted and turned away. Makeing her feel bad. "Get your shoes on we gotta be back before mom and dad come back home." I jumped up. I got my shoes on being the little ball of energy I was running out the door with the little bit of money I had and we went to the toy store. But on the way that's when they showed up. My very first encounter with dementors. We took a short cut through an allyway and they showed up I looked up terrified but Sei didnt stop as she walked to them. "S-sei!-" it was too late as I saw the dementors start eating at her soul. As one saw me I ran and hid in a box til I couldnt hear anything.. I peaked out as I saw Sei laying still on the concrete.. I got out of my hiding place and made my way to her.. Her face haunting me.. her glossed over soulless eyes.. the way not only her eyes but her cheeks were sucken in. As that painfull look frozen on her face...
Flashback end

I took a gasp of air looking down at the floor. Snape had paused for a moment before another knock came onto the door. Snape scoffed in annoyance while putting his wand away said "come in." With his usually cold voice. A man came in the door and looked at the two of us. Before saying "sorry if I was entrupting something professor." He spoke. Snape only rolled his eyes with carelessness and hate. I could tell he didnt like this man. "I wanted to see if miss L/n was going to join my class today. What I'm teaching today cant really be written on paper this time so." Snape had cut him off with "I guess.. a change of scenery would be beneficial for her focus.. when we try this tomorrow so I dont see any reason why not. But that means that I do have to come with as Dumbledore has asked me to keep.. a close eye on her. As you should know why." The other professor nodded his head and responded "oh that wont be a problem professor." He looked over at me softly smiling "well come on we dont have all day." I got up from my seat on the couch and followed him snape close behind me keeping his eyes on the other proffesor. "May I introduce myself I'm professor lupin." He looks over at me and I dont say anything back but I nod. And snape butted in "This is y/n. shes mute." His voice were like daggers to lupin. I didnt understand why he hated him so much but I didnt want to question it. Lupin seemed unaffected and just responded with "oh" as we made our way to the class we walked in and I saw the other kids in my house and the slitherin house kids. I feel a knot forming in my stomach as I get a bad feeling seeing a cubboard in the middle of the room.
