Albedo reaches out for M/n's hand but misses and M/n treads closer to the core, the beating of the core slows to a gentle rhythm as if recognizing M/n. The Alchemist could only watch in awe as the king now placed his hand on the core and remained sane after doing so.
"It's been so long my friend, I'm sorry... Though I have the memories, I can't feel the friendship to the fullest..."

"M/n... You're making me jealous.."

"Hm?"M/n times his head just a bit to see Albedo next to him with a pout. Confused by the comment made by the other, his first thought was why would Albedo be jealous?
"You're speaking to my former self when I'm here with you.."The pout soon turns to blush when he realized how he sounded when the words he spoke were out into the air.
"Former self? Wait you're-"

"Yes, I am a reincarnated form of Durin. I'm sure you noticed our hears beat the same, especially when you're near."Albedo placed M/n's unoccupied hand onto his chest so he could feel the heartbeat. He then moves the hand from his chest to his cheek and leans into it.
"The warmth that we missed is back with us."

"I'm glad to be back, we're two new souls rekindling an old friendship-"

"King M/n!!"The two males jump at the unrecognizable voice that boomed at the entrance of the cave where the core rest.
Albedo sighs, the moment ruined, and distances himself just a bit, and turns to look at the two.
"Uhh, who are you two?"

"Lovely king, do you not recognize us? Well, Andrius here thought it would be fun to have humanoid forms for a while but we saw the young green-haired woman running by urgently muttering about the king being hurt so we came here as fast as possible."Dvalin explains while walking over to check M/n for injuries. As he does this, Andrius remains silent while looking at Albedo.
"Ah you're fine, we should return to Mondstadt-"

"A snowstorm is rolling in."M/n and Albedo jump for a second, Andrius had a very deep voice that neither of them was expecting to hear, after seeing their reaction Andrius covers his mouth and looks off to the side.
"Andrius has a very deep voice leading him not to speak most of the time. Especially when he gets a shocked expression when others hear it."

"You shouldn't be insecure about your voice! I actually like it, I'm pretty sure if you were to read a story to anyone you'd put them sleep with how soothing your voice is!"

"Ah, thank you, your majesty."M/n chuckles lightly as Andrius's tail sways happily behind him while his ears lay flat. Suddenly, M/n got the urge to pet his ear and went to reach but stops himself from doing so.
"Your majesty?"

"Oh ha, I almost impulsively touched your ears..."Andrius sheepishly lowers his head for M/n to indulge and of course, M/n began to pet Andrius's ears.
"Though you aren't the same Durin from back then, you're still the same in some way."

"Hm? Do tell."

"You still care deeply for a man who is still oh so obvious to the love around him."

"Cu-Cut it out..."Albedo mushes Dvalin and coughs into his hand in an attempt to cover his blush. They turn back to see Andrius basking in the affection he gained from the king, he glances at the other two and smirks while 'innocently' nuzzling M/n's cheek.
"That fuckin overgrown dog..."

"So smug...That it angers me." Their eyes twitch at the sight but the king was none the wiser to what was going on, the only thing on his mind was the fluffy soft ears that slightly twitched underneath his hands.
Awe this is so cute!! Oh my gosh and so fluffy, they're just as fluffy as when he's in his wolf form!!!
M/n squeals inwardly while glares were being thrown around him.
"I wonder if La Signora is still near the Dragon spine..."

"La Signora..."Andrius nearly growls out the name as he stood up straight to look at Albedo, the alchemist then explains what happened before them being in near the core.
"That woman is a menace! Good thing you left your Gnosis with me, don't worry it's stored within my body, and the only person who can remove it is you. I'm sure that woman isn't smart enough to approach a dragon."

"The storm has subsided, let's head down. I'm sure the others down below are worried."Just as Andrus says this, he hoists M/n into his arms and runs off; effectively angering the other two enough for them to give chase.
"Oi! Get back here you mangy mutt!!"
