Chapter 2

'Hm? Oh, I'm just thinking that it's about time.'

'It's the severance.'

'Now that a girl has been offered up as a sacrifice, the human and supernatural's worlds will be completely separated from now on.'

'We supernatural's will disappear from this place.'

'Your wish has been fulfilled, Yashiro.'

'But, Yashiro, I like you more than Aoi-chan you see.'

Nene woke up quickly, from her dream, terrified. Her breathing was loud and uneven.

*Huff* *Huff* *Huff*

Sitting up, she brushed back her long creamy teal tipped hair, which was covering up her face, with her right hand, also tucking some strand of hair behind her ears, with trembling fingers, trying to calm herself, from the dream. Why was she dreaming this dream over and over again?

I guess I'm still traumatized......Hanako-kun......

Nene sighed as she glances to check the time on the clock, 7:37 am. Groaning, she got out of bed, rubbing her eye, as she walked towards the bathroom, exhausted.

After brushing her teeth, she rinsed her mouth. Then she used the restroom. After that, she took a bath, and got dressed neatly, wearing a cute pink top with light blue shorts. She then braided her hair into a single plat.

Nene took her phone from her charger and dashed downstairs for breakfast. As she entered the kitchen, she noticed her mom making something delicious.

Mmmmmm~

Is that what I think it is?

Her mom was making pancakes, with Nutella! Yum!

"Good morning, mom!" Nene pulled her chair to sit down at the dining table.

"Good morning, Nene dear!" Mrs. Yashiro answered as she flipped the pancake on the pan. "Did you sleep well?"

Nene sighed as she placed her phone on the table.

For some reason I knew she was going to ask that.... but I can't blame her.... I know I haven't been doing well lately....and I'm sure mom noticed that.

"Yes mom, I slept well." Nene took her plate, placing it on the table, then her mom put a stack of pancake on the plate, pouring Nutella on it.

"So, what are you gonna do today, dear?" Her mom asked as she went to do the dishwashing, next.

Nene took her fork and spoon. "I don't know." She smiled, sheepishly, as she took a bite from her pancake.

What can I do today? Maybe I should go ask Kou-kun about yesterday's weird conversation!

* DING! *

Nene checks her phone to see who messaged her. It was Kou.

Speaking of the devil.... he just messaged me!

She goes in her phone to check the message.

*Senpai, meet me and Akane-senpai at the school's library at 11:00*

Hmmm...definitely something important, cause Akane-kun is being mentioned in the text....

Nene put her phone to he aside and ate another bite from her breakfast.
