Hahhahaaa, the gayness...

"Kyara! You went back to Azgeda I guess?" Kane asks accusingly.
"When?" I reply.
"Don't play dumb with me, you've been gone for nearly two weeks. There's no where else you could've gone except Azgeda."
"Yeah." I sigh, glancing at Pike, "Azgeda. And seen as im clearly not wanted here i may as well go back."
"No ones stopping you." Pike cuts in, i roll my eyes at the man and storm out of Arkadia. Only to hear footfalls follow me from behind, a hand grabs my shoulder and spins me round.

"Tell me the truth!" My brother shouts, "Because i know damn well you didnt leave those gates to go to Azgeda. Where the hell have you been?!"
"None of your business!" I growl, matching John's volume.
"Kyara." His voice softens, "im only asking because i care about you."
"Clearly you don't!" I shout, a sob threatening to crack my voice. I clear my throat, "clearly you don't, otherwise you would've realised the shit that's been happening."
"What shit? Nothings happening? All i see is you constantly fucking off to Azgeda whenever theres an issue."
"You're telling me you cant see the blackmail, the torture or the killings that our leaders are into?"
"What are you on about?!"
"You know what? Forget it, the wools already been pulled over your eyes, there's no coming back from that." I spit, leaving my brother at the gate and storming off into the woodland. I hear him shout for me, but don't bother to turn around and face him again. I didnt stop walking until, surprise! I made it to Azgeda. I didn't mean to walk there, it just kinda happened. My body had obviously gotten used to the journey and as my brain had zoned out, took control and lead me to the only place it knew. I walked up to the only Azgeda building i had ever properly been in, and knocked. Secretly hoping no one answered.

Echo opened the door to her place and immediately pulled me into a hug. I shrug the girl off me, leaving her confused and ultimately hurt.
"Sorry." I reply, "not a great day."
Echo shows a small smile at my sincerity and opens the door further to let me inside.  I walk past and give her a smile as a ghostly thank you, kicking off my boots when i enter.
"I haven't seen you in a while." She says quietly, joining me on the sofa.
"Its a long story," I say, leaning backwards and putting my head against the sofa.
"I have the time." She questions, copying my actions and digging herself deeper into the cushions. I turn my head to face her and just stare at her for a few moments before speaking.
"I got put in the skybox." I growl, the girl next to me tucks her knees up to her chin.
"Skybox? As in the prison you told me about?"
"Yeah." I nod,
"Why?" The girl asks, turning her head and resting it against the back of the sofa.
"Pike wanted me to spy on your armies, i refused."
"So he blackmailed you?"
"Yeah. Can we talk about something else? All I've had back in Arkadia is shit, i need something else."

"Are we gonna talk about what happened?" She asks.
That's not what i had in mind for the subject change.
"The kiss?" I reply. The girl nods, blushing slightly.
"What did it mean?" She asks spinning the bracelet on her wrist.
"Whatever you want it to."
"Ky thats not helpful." She laughs.
"What do you want me to say? I kissed you, you kissed back. Big deal!"
Hurt splashes across the brunettes face, but im too caught up in my own problems to notice it.
"You've changed." She replies coldly.
"Of course I've changed!" I realise my tone of voice and dial it down, "ten days on my own, Pike brought me food and water once day. Everything aches from sleeping on the ground, i watched a man get dragged to his death, and ... I can't do this anymore."

Echo's hand moves onto my arm and rests there, her rough fingers moving in circles against my skin.
"We dont have to talk about it today." She whispers, "take the time you need."
I pull the girl closer to me and rest my head ontop of hers on my shoulder, after a few minutes of silence i realise what im letting go by not giving her what she wants. My hand moves down to her chin and lifts it up towards my face, her eyes are wide. Somehow portraying nerves and excitement at the same time. I lean in and press my lips against the girls, the pressure of her kissing back sends butterflies through my stomach. I pull away and rest my forehead against hers,
"That good enough for you?" I whisper, the girl smiles in reply. I hold her face in my hands and press another kiss to her forehead. Leaning back into my original position on the sofa smiling to myself.
You wouldn't believe me if i told you we went our separate ways after that. but i guess what happens in Azgeda stays in Azgeda. Unless you're Clarke in Trikru that is.
