I ran out of my room as fast as I could. I could hear a voice yelling my name outside my window along with a dozen sirens. It was Haru and I needed to get to him as soon as I possibly can. I was sure that everyone would be waiting for me out there.
Running as fast as I could to get out. I was running and I reached my hand out to grab the rail on the side of the staira so I could make the sharp turn but I must have missed. I was moving so quickly I should have ran into the wall infront of me but that wasn't the case. Instead I seamlessly went right through.
This can't be! I lived on the 3rd floor in our apartment complex, and yet, it was like I was floating. The wall looked like nothing had happened and I wasn't hurtling towards the ground. I looked down at my hands and could see right through them.
This isn't happening! I shouted in my head along with a million other shouts of disbelief.
I grabed the pipe on the side of the building and climbed down since I didn't have any idea how else to get down. The moment my feet reached the ground I ran to my boyfriend who was in tears watching the building burn. He screamed my name over and over beging me to run out those doors to him.
"I'm here Haru!" I shouted
He screamed "Aki!!!" And ran through me to get to the door but the policemen held him back.
I made my way infront of him. We were face to face and he looked right past me, not because he didn't see me but because I wasn't there.
"Ya done here yet?" A voice said. I looked around to see the face of the girl that made the remark. "Up here you idiot!"
I looked up to see a girl in a half top with riped up jeans and tall black boots. She was blond with a dark purple section of hair where her bangs were. She looked like someone I would have avoided in school because she looked like she would tear me to shreds in a split second.
"D-done?" I replied shaking.
"Um yeah? I'm hear to take you to sfg. And we are kinda late... Like really late. What are u doing any way?"
I remaind silent.
"Oh is the cutie your Boyfriend? Aw thats sooo sad. Now will you hurry up?"
" Shut up!" I yelled at her. I looked at Haru and whispered, "Please... Just open your eyes."
"Oh gosh this is boring... You know he can't see you right?!! Come on idiot!"
"H-haru..."
That moment she grabbed my hand and she took me away. I was crying like a baby and Haru seemed to notice because he held out his hand and looked up to see if it was raining.
"Don't forget me" I whispered as we left.
