Craig turns on the radio and plays a hip hop song on it. Bernard looks at him.

"I thought it would be good for the mood." Craig said as Bernard was like 'whatever' as they were racing for the creek.

"Is there anything else we can do?" Kelsey asked

"Yeah, you can get down on your knees and pray that his hunk of junk can get us back to Herkelton in one piece." Bernard said.

Michaelson and Xavier got in a black car and had two helicopters flying behind them. Back in the neighbor, Duane and the boarders get into a trench they have made.

"Hmm. Where are the kids?" Duane said.

While driving to uptown, the road was blocked by NTI men ahead of them.

"Bernard, look!" Craig pointed out.

"In position, sir!" Helicopter pilot said.

"Do it." Louie said in the walkie talkie.

"Roger that." Said the helicopter said as the drawbridge mechanician start raising the bridge.

"Baruch atah Adonai" Kelsey said while praying.

"I didn't know you were religious." Craig said.

"Neither did I." Kelsey said.

The van jumps over the open space between the two bridge halves. Bernard hits his head hard and passes out.

"Bernard? Bernard!" Craig said as he shakes him, but he stills unconscious. He takes the wheel.

"Okay, Craig. You can do this. You've been watching mom and dad do it. I got this. I got this." Craig said while steering the wheel.

He pass by a homeless man with a collection of cans and nearly runs him over, but he knock over his cans.

"Okay, I don't got this." Craig said.

"He leg is stuck on the gas. I can't budge it." J.P. said as he tries to get it off.

"Oh well that's just great." Kelsey said.

"J.P. you'll have to drive." Craig said.

"What?" Kelsey said.

"Whatchu talking about, Craig? Him?" Jessica said.

"Me?! Are you crazy?" J.P. said.

"J.P., you're a top-scoring Runaway Van player at the Arcade, remember?" Craig said.

"Craig, that was a game. This is real life." J.P. said as he trying to free the pedal.

"J.P. You always wanted to drive a real vehicle and you wanted be a truck. Well, now it's your chance. You can do it, J.P. I know you can." Craig said.

"Why do you always have to do that, Craig? Why do you always have to look on the bright side? 'We can save the creek, we fan find the document, you can drive the van.'" Kelsey said.

"Somebody has to." Craig said.

"Oh, well. I probably won't get this chance again til I'm 16. Alright, get on the floor. You too, Kelsey. Mortimor, you're with me." J.P. said as he gets up.

"The floor? Mortimor with you? why?" Kelsey said.

"Because, I'm driving Craig's van, okay? Because, I'm the tallest kid in the group and I can't reach the peddle. Do it. Craig, you work the clutch. Kelsey, you work the brake. Mortimor, you help me steer. And both of you, try to take Bernard's leg off the stinking gas pedal!" J.P. said while Mortimor helped him steer the while Craig and Kelsey do what they are told. Mortimor squawked as he alert J.P. that there was a woman with a baby carriage crossing the street.
