Chapter 18

Morning

It was early in the morning, Lan zhan woke up to wei ying's voice, crying in pain unconsciously.

Drops of sweat covered his face and he seemed to have pain in his abdomen wound as his free hand was clenching his own cloth in that part.

"Wei ying!wei ying!" Lan zhan shook him a little to wake him up and see where does it hurts.

Wei ying opened his teary eyes slightly and murmured "..m-my...abdomen!"

"I will call doctor now!" Lan zhan quickly got out of Wei ying's room.As soon as he put his foot out jiang cheng was infront of the door wanting to enter.

"He is in pain!" Lan zhan nervously told

Jiang cheng called the doctors quickly and went inside.

He saw wei ying crying and got closer to him.
"Brother!wei ying!" Jiang cheng held his hand .

Doctor came and give him painkillers.
Wei ying got calmer and wasn't crying in pain anymore.Lan zhan wiped his face.

Wei ying looked at him grateful "thanks lan zhan !"

Lan zhan kissed his forehead.Wei ying smiled at him his brightest one.It was good to have lan zhan. Jiang cheng saw them so lost in each other and coughed before talking

"Wei ying!are you okey now?Do you have any pain now?"

Wei ying turned to him"I am better now! How much I was passed out?!"

"One day!"

Wei ying looked back and forth to both of them as he wanted to say something .

"What does wei ying want?"lan zhan saw his hesitation.

"What is it?" Jiang cheng asked on other side.
"It is..um...Can you help me go out of palace secretly as soon as possible?!" Wei ying closed his eyes as soon as he heard jiang cheng got raged and lan zhan 's grip being tightened.

"Are you crazy???!!!You have not got better and you already want to go outside?!" Jiang cheng shouted.

"Wei ying!" Lan zhan waited for an explanation.

Wei ying sighed desperately
"I was informed Weng lei wanted to do a secret business with wens .We have been tracking them for months and we noticed Weng lei proceeded with his plans while we were fighting in Dali.I sent some of my subordinate in z group to follow him closely.It seemed he wanted to use the war as a bait to distract us.I knew Weng lei would make problem for us when we come back to keep us busy .So I already told them to go with our plan without me and not to come to me before I visit them.I should see them, we can't miss this opportunity!" Wei ying looked up to see their reaction.

"I will meet them!" Jiang cheng stood up.

Lan zhan said" I will go .If you go they may be suspicious of you!I will go instead of you!"

The jiang brothers thought it was less skeptic if lan zhan went.

"I will take care of him!" Jiang cheng looked at lan zhan.

"Take care of yourself lan zhan!" Wei ying squeezed his hand.

"I will!" Lan zhan kissed him on his lips suddenly before going.Wei ying was still in daze.Jiang cheng was still there but lan zhan couldn't resist anymore and did that.Wei ying blushed and looked down.

Jiang cheng frowned" Wei ying!For god's sake! Stop being shameless!!!"

"He was the one who kissed me .Why i am the one at fault?" Wei ying blushed even more when he said the kiss part .

Jiang cheng growled more"I haven't forgotten what you did?!How could you not tell anyone you were injured and take punishment with that condition???!!!"

Wei ying didn't know what should he say
"Um..I....-"

Jiang cheng hugged him tightly cutting his words.
"Never do that again!You made us so worried.You can lean on us more!I will do everything in my power to help and protect you!"
Wei ying hugged him back" thanks brother!I am blessed to have you, father, mother, jiang yanli and lan zhan!"

Lan zhan went with wen ning, guiding him to the z group secret gathering.As he entered with wen ning, the subordinates all bowed to him.

"Welcome prince!"

Lan zhan was a little surprised how did they know him.It seemed they noticed what he was thinking .One of the main subordinates came forward

" Master Would tell about you a lot!"

Seeing lan zhan waiting for the rest he continued
"Master used to tell us about his feeling for someone and what should he do.He was afraid if he confess you would hate him instantly and end your friend ship with him so he was for a while desperate until you confessed to him.

He was so happy.When he was here he would always talk about you, how kind hearted you are despite the emotionless face you had.

Lan zhan smiled to their surprise when he thought of wei ying talking about him.He really loved wei ying and wei ying was so precious.If he was able he would hide him so no one would even dare to hurt his beloved.
