Chapter 24: A Perfect Outing

*The very next day at the White House with Sophia and Henry getting there horses ready*
~Third Person's POV~
So then as the next day rolled around at the White House Sophia and Henry were both getting their horses ready for an outing with the boys while Mary looks after the twin babies she found in New York City she finally named them Erika and Leonidas after awhile of just not naming them at all so Sophia was saying goodbye to both of them as Henry was making sure there stuff for a picnic were ready and Abe was coming downstairs with the boys who were dressed smart.

~Sophia Smith's POV~
It's yet a beautiful day for a picnic today..... As I was saying goodbye to the baby twins Mary was holding in her arms as Robert and Willie came downstairs with Abe holding there hands telling them to behave for Henry and I we need to stop in town first to buy something before going to our picnic location that Henry had planned out for us so then as such Henry came to fetch us saying that everything is ready to go and we helped the boys onto our horses.
"Alright who wants to ride with who," Henry asked them as I mounted my horse and settled in before Henry handed me Willie placing him in front of me so I can hold onto him before I started to trot my horse forward a little towards the gate.
Let's start this little picnic.....
"You will look after the boys won't you Sophia," Mary said to me as she held my right hand and I looked at my best friend nodding my head I spoke "I promise Mary Henry and I will protect the boys," then Henry spoke "Let's get a move on Sophia don't wanna lose daylight," as we rode outside the gates of the White House and into town.
~Henry Sturges's POV~
When I brought Sophia and I's horses around to the front where Sophia and the boys were waiting at for me so I handed Sophia her horses reigns when she grabbed them from me Willie and Robert came out with Abe closely behind them
Mary was holding Sophia's hand making her a promise as I stood with the boys before mounting up my horse before speaking "Alright who wants to ride with who," I asked as I settled in before handing Willie to Sophia she placed him in front of her so she can hold onto him before Sophia started to trot her horse forward a little towards the gate.
Let's start this little picnic.....

*In town before going to there outing picnic spot with Sophia and Henry riding to the general store*
~Third Person's POV~
It was important that they stop into town at the General store and pick up somethings for there food and some sweets for both boys who was waiting patiently with Henry as Sophia has gone into the General Store to buy there things before continuing on with there trip to Henry's family home where there's a big lake for them to enjoy themselves. So Henry waited outside by the horses with the boys while people passed by them it was a really nice place still.
~Sophia Smith's POV~
While I was inside the General store grabbing some stuff for Henry and I's outing with the boys while looking around for my eyes caught it was two beautiful pistols with bullets already in and it came with extra bullets so I bought it and placed in my boots one each other before buying the stuff I grabbed and walking out of the General store too see that Henry was helping the boys feed our horses apples.
"Alright you let's get going," I said to Henry as I remounted my horse when he handed me one of the boys while he makes sure our supplies were secured before we rode off to our spot near the Sturges's family house where Henry and I will live at next week hopefully the servants are working on fixing it up again before we move into the manor.
We should have a good time....
~Henry & Sophia's POV~
We need too hurry up and get there we'll send Abe and Mary a letter afterwards that we're staying at the Sturges's Manor for the night with both of there boys and we'll be back sometime in the morning or before lunch it'll be too dangerous for us riding back if we ride in the dark. I was already ready for a nap but I just have to wait until after our outing with the boys it's too risky riding out at night there's still some bad vampires here.
