*In the streets of New York a week after Sophia left Washington D.C. that night*
~Sophia Smith's POV~I was walking home late from a friends house in this pouring rainy the place I was staying at wasn't far from her house but when I was walking passed an alleyway I heard 2 babies crying the alleyway looked horrible but I'm a vampire so I went into the alley and saw 2 babies in a box but with cushions on the bottom of this box so I took the box and walked home as fast as I could so they don't get sick.
But what mother would leave her babies in an alleyway...Once back at the Compound I stayed at I grabbed some milk and placed it in a bottles and warmed it a bit before giving it the twins themselves who seemed starved from lack of nutrition then I placed them in a cot that I made and put them to bed with them holding their bottles. I sat down on the couch by the crib and wrote a letter to Annabelle and Abe Henry wasn't with me I asked him to watch Abe I fear for his life.
Dearest Annie,
I hope that this letter find you well and healthy before I'm due to coming back to Washington D.C. to see you, Henry, Abe, Mary, there sons, even Adam despite the intentions I had for him on being killed. Anyways I need you to keep a secret from Henry that you cannot tell him until I come home on my back I followed the sounds of crying coming from an alleyway there in a box I found 2 babies a boy and a girl with a slight fever so I took them back to my place and gave them milk and washed them and put on clean clothes before singing them a song.
I'll be home before you know it stay safe and out of trouble remind Abe the same thing please.
Love always,
Sophia Smith
