Eventually, we reached at the building.

Kenshi: And the winner is me, Dio- I mean Kenshi, yeah.

Sawa: No! I was so close!

Kenshi: Too bad for you.

???: Come on guys! We can still make it! This way!

We entered the building then the two of them guide me to the register area. I looked around at the players in here.

Kenshi: (Is Death Gun... among these guys?)

???: Here we are.

We reached to the panels.

???: This is how we're going to register for the tournament. It's your typical touch panel terminal, you know how to use it?

Kenshi: I'll give it a try.

Sawa: We'll be registering right next to you, so if you get stuck, just ask us.

Kenshi: Okay. Thanks.

As I'm registering, I saw it wants me to type my real-life info in there. But I chose not to do it because... just no.

Sawa: Are you done?

Kenshi: Yeah, I'm done. Really, thank you two for going out on limb for me.

???: That's alright. It was kinda fun speeding away on that buggy. Anyway, which preliminary block did you end up in? I'm in Block D.

Kenshi: Um... Looks like Block F. F-37.

Sawa: YES! I'm in Block F! F-12!

???: What a surprise. I guess it's because you two registered at the same time. Which means... Oh, good. You too won't meet until the final.

Kenshi: Why does that good?

???: If you make it to the final of the preliminaries, win or lose, you're eligible for the Battle Royale in the knockout tournament. Meaning that both of you have at least a chance to take part in the knockout round.

Kenshi: Oh.

Sawa: When we meet in the final, just because we're friends... It doesn't mean that I'm gonna hold back.

Kenshi: Me neither. Of course, when we meet, let's go all-out!

We started to walk to the entrance hall.

Kenshi: This concludes the registration for the Bullet of Bullets 3 Preliminary Tournament. I have to say the Japanese localization for these terminals is pretty solid.

???: Considering that the official site was English-only. The operating company, Zaskar, is a U.S corporation, but they seems to have some Japanese staff on this JP server. But you know... GGO is in quite a gray legal area, both here and in the U.S.

Kenshi: Because of its currency exchange system, right?

???: All you'll find on the official web site is the most basic information. Like character management, or an interface for exchanging currency through your electronic money account. All game-related procedures can only be done in here.

Kenshi: What can I say... it's a crazy game.

???: That's why it's almost completely independent of the real world... But due to that, who I am now and the real me are almost like two different people... Oh, sorry, don't mind me! We should be heading over to the prelim area now. You ready?

Kenshi: Yeah...

I quickly glanced at Sawa who's staring at me the whole time, not in a creepy way. I don't know why is she doing that but maybe I don't want an answer for it.
