Once Again (IzuOcha)

Arc 1 : Chapter 3 : Identical Quirk

URARAKA POV:

"What do you mean by 'You stopped time'?" I asked Deku.

"Wait, I don't think that we stopped time, but rather I think we are faster than sound, light, and even time can travel." Deku answered. "If I use all of my quirks all at once, including One For All itself, I think I can speed myself up to a point where the molecules in our body are holding up so much but can't interact with other objects." "We are moving quicker than time can comprehend, almost like-"

"You stopped time." Iida finished.

"So, if you bring people with you as you do that..." I said.

"...then I can bring anyone with me as I stop time." Deku finished.

We looked at each other, and for a second the three of us went silent. I can't believe with all of its current quirks in store, Deku managed to use all of them, all at once, and travel faster than the eye can comprehend. Now I am more amazed as to how powerful One For All can be, and even how powerful it can make Deku become! He might just be able to escape Tomura Shigaraki at all costs! 

"But there must be a catch." Iida broke the silence.

"Huh?" We both looked at Iida. "In every ability or quirk there must be something that balances all abilities or quirks? So what's the catch to this new ability that you have found Midoriya?" Iida asked.

"I don't know yet, but let's find out once I let time resume again shall we?" Deku asked.

Deku looked at both of us, and in response I nodded, so too was Iida. We grabbed Deku by his shoulder, then he ran so fast forward that we had to catch up. Then I heard a loud boom in the background. I opened my eyes and saw the surrounding place to be moving again. My ears still hurt and still rang because of the huge explosion I just heard but its all good now.

Then I saw Deku fall out of the sky. His whole body full of blood, wounds, injuries, and his tattered costume. He was about to hit the ground until...

"Gotcha!" Kirishima caught him midair. He used his Unbreakable ability to land on the ground safely while protecting him from harm. 

"He looks unconscious." Todoroki said as he slid down the wall of ice he made. "Of course he does look unconscious you damn idiot." Bakugo snapped back. 

"At least we passed the first hurdle." Momo said. "This is gonna be way harder than I thought it would be." 

"To convince the evacuees inside UA?" I replied.

"Yeah, especially with those who don't believe in heroes no more." Momo answered.

"At least lets smile to the fact that Midoriya wants to go back home again." Asui said, oh I mean Sue said.

"Yeah, lets do that..." I smiled.

IZUKU POV:

One hour has passed in the One-For-All room. All of Yoiichi's or One-for-All's successors in one room. Even including the second and third users sat down on their rightful chairs, rather than standing around looking away from me.

"Midoriya, your ideals are what guided you to hunt every villain down possible. In order to save your friends, protect your family, and the school you love so well." Yoiichi, the first one-for-all user, said.

"Although you may have went out of your way and even hurt yourself even more than you're supposed to, we watched while you were sleeping." En said.

"Hmm?" I still can't talk though sadly. 

"Ah, we were watching what was happening outside and saw a cute young lady who floated up to the surface and supported you in the best way she can." Diagoro said.

I started to feel my face heat up, although I am still in my sub-consciousness, they can feel what I am feeling. Wait does that mean that they know what is going on with me and Ochaco?

"Ugh, enough with that romantic talk, we are here to talk about One for All and All for one right?" The second user said. 

"Yes, we are here to talk about that." Yoiichi agreed.

"But first, we need to talk about that ability you were able to pull off a while ago." Nana interrupted. "If, I would like the permission to intervene." She looked at Yoiichi and replied with a nod.

"What you did there was NOT Stopping Time, rather as you assumed it, you were going faster than the eye can see, and faster than time can comprehend. Although it may look like you stopped time, you didn't but rather Time flowed in a much slower speed, from afar it may look like you stopped time but you didn't." Nana replied.

"Or at least I hypothesized so..." 

"We haven't tried using all our quirks all at once, kid." Diagoro replied. "This ability that you manage to pull off is very interesting, and quite powerful I say, but it comes with reducing your stamina, that it almost killed you when you let time continue." Diagoro finished.

"We hope that you won't use that ability again, until its necessary Midoriya, we are worried that you might get incapacitated." Shinomori replied.

"Now, that's all said and done, I shall continue what I wanted to say at first." Yoiichi said, and coughed, about to begin what he wanted to say.

"Izuku Midoriya, you will now learn the strongest, and most final quirk that One-For-All has ever possessed. It is a strong quirk, and a quirk that you may know one of your dear friends have. Yet its much stronger and much more versatile than that you think of." Yoiichi monologued.

"I give to you the power of Burst." The second user of One for All finished.

"Burst is a quirk that allows the user to consequently use little to big firepower, or explosions if you may call it. This quirk is already activated ever since I agreed to support you, which is right now. To use it to it's fullest potential, you need to study one of your friends' quirk or moves." The second user said.

"Katsuki Bakugo." The name echoed in my mind until I woke sitting up on top of my hospital bed, with a curtain right beside me, and a stool at my left. Then I saw a familiar figure stand up staring at me and smiling towards me.

"I am glad that you're awake!" Ochaco greeted with a massive grin on her face.

I smiled back but she grew concerned of me.

"Did something happen in your dreams Deku?" Ochaco looked concerned.

I looked at her and these feelings that I've pushed down for a while are now floating back up into my mind.

"Uh, nothing I guess." I assume that I might be looking as red hot as a tomato.

"Hmph, no more keeping secrets." Ohcaco said. "We'll carry this burden with you, even if we were to die." 

She stared at me with those huge eyes and saw a small glisten in here eyes. 

I scoffed.

This chapter is pretty much a chapter I have rushed on. Not just because its something that I don't need to worry about, but its because its very important to the story especially later on the storyline. Anyways, will Izuku Midoriya manage to master the last and final quirk, Burst? Or will he get barraded by Bakugo's insults and proceed to be mentored by him? (Most likely ;]) We'll find out in the next chapter of the first arc! "The Discovery and Recovery Arc!"
