THIRD PERSON POV:
As Izuku proceeded to use his move, Detroit Smash. Liu did something to prevent any damage laid upon the move. He used: Shielding Wall!
Shielding Wall ~ Quirk Analysis, can create a shield-like wall, with an unlimited amount of distance horizontally and vertically. Can only be used once per direction or side.
A wall that separated Izuku and Liu formed between them. Forcing Izuku to hit the wall head on. Before he could faceplant onto the wall, Ochaco touched him right in time for him to float. Thus softening the impact towards the wall.
He grunted in pain, Ochaco let him go and he landed on his two feet. He prepared another move which he was preparing all this time.
"OKLAHOMA SMASH!" He screamed. This smash caused the whole invisible wall to break and push Liu towards the wall.
"That was unexpected." He smiled crookedly "We didn't learn that that was one of your moves but I can adapt quickly."
He smirked and disappeared into the thin air. Wind trailed him from behind which allowed Izuku to feel the presence of the villain. But he didn't accurately predict the direction he was.
He floated above Izuku and sent a smash towards the ground, followed by a laser beam from the machine arm.
Izuku nearly dodged the Lazer beam that it grazed his left arm.
"You didn't see that coming didn't you?" Liu glanced back at our protagonist.
"I used my other quirk, Composition." He stated.
Composition ~ Quirk analysis, enables the user to deconstruct itself into tiny particles in the wind, wherever the wind or any force takes it, the user goes. If separated into groups then reformed, the user will appear weaker and will need time to recover the strength he lost. If all the particles were evenly separated across, the user merely doesn't exist.
Potential Force ~ Quirk analysis, the user stores up as much energy in the body and can use it only once before the user has to store up energy again. Can inflict force in any direction, if combined with a composition quirk, the user can go any direction with ultimate speed.
He has a quirk like All for One. A copy or prototype of it? If All for One can produce as much copies of it, then does that mean he gave it to all of the League of Villains? If so that would be terrible and terrifying.
"You might be asking why I have multiple quirks, right Broccoli boy?" Liu asked towards our green haired hero.
"This is a prototype of All for One. Although I was the third to receive such of it, I am the only man alive! That is because I have a quirk that can regenerate my cells right away." He smiled.
"Wait, from who?" I asked.
"Remember the island." He stated bluntly.
No, NO! This can't be! Deku thought
In order to make matters worse, he said the following words:
"It was satisfying to see that boy suffering as he sees his older sister die because of me! I took his quirk, ripped his head off and threw it to the sea. For the fishes to eat finally."
"You didn't!" Ochaco shouted.
"Oh yes I did! Nobody was able to report it because nobody was there! I killed a whole island just to get to one child." He said. "It was quite satisfying that I threw all their heads into the sea."
"Why?!" Izuku was angered.
How could a person even do that to a child! To an entire island even! Why did he do that?! To satisfy himself?! This is getting out of hand!
"WHY!" Izuku cried as he released 30% fa-jin and 50% of One for All, to inflict as much damage that Liu deserves.
He predicted this move so he disappeared into thin air ran all across the walls. Izuku followed him, soon blue lightning began to form from his body and create shockwaves going everywhere. He was able to catch up to Liu who was still in the air.
Then Liu materialized into yellow streaks of wind, I began to see him slowly materializing and transitioning between his physical body and to his windy form. It seems that he is the embodiment of the wind particles itself.
Windless ~ Quirk Analysis, the only quirk user of this quirk is Liu. Its a chemically created quirk that combined both his friend's quirks into one, Direction and Separation. Soon thereafter combining into Windless. The ability of this quirk allows the user to transition between two forms, wind that can avoid anybody's attack, and physical which is the normal state. When kept at the border between wind and the physical state, it allows the user to increase the speed, and increase the accuracy of every hit. But it will double the amount of damage taken when hit.
"This is what I call my ultimate form! WINDLESS!" He smiled as he twirled around laughing maniacally at himself.
Deku stopped at his tracks. He was letting his right arm hang in the air, and his left arm still poised, ready for battle.
"Hmm? You're standing still." He noticed. "I thought you will attack me."
"I've been waiting to pull my biggest trump card of all." Deku pronounced towards his enemy.
"Trump card?" He asked.
"TIME STOP, SELF-ACCELERATION!" As I said that, everything that was before in motion started to stop increasingly fast. Every particle to the smallest speck of dust to the rocks and debris falling from the ceiling began starting to slow down and stopping in place.
A whole shockwave went throughout Izuku's body, but he didn't feel the slightest pain, for he practiced this a lot. To finish it all off, a sound of a Sonic boom could be heard everywhere, as all the objects started to turn into a standstill.
Izuku floated in the middle of the motionless abyss as he makes his way towards Liu. He pokes his nose in confirmation and his hand didn't go through but rather touched the nose. This was weird, it wasn't supposed to happen like this.
Anyway, Izuku prepared his final attack towards Liu from behind his back until...
"So you can stop time too?" He heard a voice coming right in front of him.
"I have a quirk that allows me to accelerate my particles, not as fast as yours, but I can move in slowed or stopped time." Liu explained.
"This is not a huge trump card in my opinion." He said as the whole motionless scenery began moving back to it's normal state. Everything went back to normal as Liu was directly in front of Deku's face, with his finger at the bottom of his chin.
"Are you ready to get your head cut off?" He tilted his head and smiled towards him.
"I don't think so." Then a pink accented girl appeared in the scene, it was Ochaco saving the day.

So I have gotten so much motivation to finally finish this arc! I am still keeping the weekly uploads but this far all the chapters are done! Or at least by the end I release this chapter, I will be done with all the chapters for the following 8 chapters.
Now let me tell you a tiny secret. I am making an original novel on the main account! So look out for it, the title will probably be "Our Journey of Dreams!"
