Minor 1 : Chapter 1 : She Makes A Fool of Me

HATSUMEI POV:

"Hey! Mr. Powerloader?!" I called.

Mr. Powerloader glanced back at me. I was holding a gauntlet with and my other finger loomed over the button on the gauntlet.

"What now, Hatsumei?" He grunted.

"Well see, this baby allows it to expand and transform gigantified!" I stated. "Let me press this button and-"

"Wait! No-" His voice was cut to the my gauntlet smoking. It vibrated on my hand, and managed to gigantify. But when it transformed to huge baby, it was able to touch an oxygen tank near my babies. Because of the smoke and the oxygen tank, it caused a huge explosion in the room. At least the room's door is stronger than the last time I tested and exploded the room.

Everyone in the room was safe at least. Other than my hair standing up and Mr. Powerloader's helmet flew off his head, with ash and dust covering our bodies, we're safe.

I smiled and continued working on another baby.

IIDA POV:

"Good grief." I heard Powerloader exclaim from the other side of the door.

I gulped and knocked on the door.

"Hey, Hatsumei!" Powerloader called. "Can 'ya open the door? There might be a visitor on the other end!"

"AWWW! I want to keep working on my baby!" She whined.

"I'll ban you if you don't! Besides you blew up the lab! Your getting into my nerves!" He shouted.

"Alright..." Hatsumei said sadly.

She opened the door, and from the sad face she put on, she smiled and hugged me.

I blushed and started flailing my arms around, trying to get her off my body.

"HATSUMEI?!" I shouted.

"HELLO!" She beamed and got off my body. "You came here to do some improvements right?!"

She smiled. Her pink hair and her cute face, everything I adore. Her expertise in both Mathematics and Engineering surprises me so much. Now I am standing in front of the girl who I am so in love with and at the same time resent, since she made a fool out of me during that Sports Festival.

"Oh... uh yeah!" I smiled and made a thumbs up. She closed her eyes in excitement and pulled me by my hand inside the laboratory.

"SO!" She called. "What improvements do you want to implement on your outfit?!" She fidgeted her tools while waiting for my response.

"I was thinking if you could add some sort of a hologram projector inside of this helmet." I placed down my helmet onto the table and flipped it upside down. "Can you make the projector project a hologram of my recorded speed and location?" I looked at her.

"Are you underestimating me?" She stared into my eyes with her head titled sideways.

"Why would I underestimate you?" I chuckled.

"So let me get this straight, you want me to add a Hologram Projector inside this helmet, projecting your speed and location?" She summed it up.

"Yeah, you may add some things inside as long as it helps me do my hero duties." I smiled.

"OKAY!" She put a thumbs up and started work on my helmet.

While she was working on my helmet I should sit down somewhere...

I found a bench at the back of the lab and waited for her to finish her improvements on my helmet. After a few minutes, Powerloader approached me.

"Oh hey, sir Powerloader!" I saluted and shook his hand.

"No need to be formal with me." He stated, and together we sat down beside each other.

"I was wondering..." He said.

"Yeah?" I answered.

"If this was the only reason why you came here." He stated. He looked at me and placed a smile on his face.

"I-uh, well-" I responded.

"You have feelings for her don't you?" He bluntly said.

"Ah-uh N-NO!" I flailed my arms in front of him. He just grinned and looked towards Hatsumei.

"You know that girl is truly gifted." He stated.

She sure is. I thought.

"And having you as her boyfrien-"

"Hey!" I snapped. He chuckled.

"-would be pretty amazing." He continued.

I looked down, then glanced back at Hatsumei. Me being her boyfriend? Couldn't happen. Although, yes I am in love with her, I still hate her because of that Sports Festival. If she can repay that somehow...

"Hey Iida!" She called me. I jumped out of my seat and walked towards her table.

"You done?" I asked.

"Not yet, because it still needs some testing, and refining." She stated.

"If you manage to explode my helmet, I'll kill you." I grunted.

"It won't!" She chuckled. "Don't worry, normally projectors would burn up so your helmet would only be scorched." She trailed off.

"With me inside?!" I asked.

She nodded and I gulped. Well if this fails my face goes down along with my helmet. I guled once again.

I placed the helmet over my head and closed my eyes. I waited for 3 seconds until.

"Hello, please state your name and business." A voice spoke, or at least Hatsumei's voice...

"Tenya Iida, Ingenium." I stated.

I waited for 3 more seconds and multiple screens appeared in front of me. I can still see outside but at the sides were panels or tabs in the hue of blue. At my bottom right was my speed tracker in KPH. Currently I am on 0 KPH, of course since I am not moving. At my top left was a map, or a global map. I turned to the side and the whole map rotated, including North, South, East and, West. At my top right was my health status, and my full body. I punched my arm and saw a slight yellow and green hue appear on the arm I punched and it disappeared right away. At the bottom left was a simple phone icon. I wonder if I can talk to people using that feature other than using my earplug to talk to my other teammates or heroes.

"Whoah!" I was amazed.

"You like it?" Hatsumei's voice boomed inside of my helmet.

"Wait, how can I hear you?" I asked.

"I can hear you clearly and you can hear me clearly. I added some sort of a walkie talkie so I can communicate with you even from far away, it can also reach 10 whole country Japan lengths!" She remarked.

"Whoah!" I smiled. I can't believe she did this. But this ain't gonna pay me back from what happened during the Sports Festival....

She made a fool out of me during that day...

Well I wasn't able to write that much during the weekend and some days because I have to balance my studies, my YouTube life and well my book! I know I am pretty busy but I was able to schedule myself some stuff so I can be organized in doing things. Anyways enough about me, I thought about this story even before long I heard of My Hero Academia and even write. I heard the Cascades and thought of this same scenario with different characters in mind and wanted to call it the same. Now that I am able to lay out this story I can continue what I thought of during that day and, well the story! SO!
