For those reading, I unpublished the last three chapters because, for some reason, 35 was before 36 and 37 when I published them so I'm trying to fix it. Let me know if it's still acting funny immediately in the comments please!

Earlier that day...

"Won't you be bored waiting for me here?" Henry asked as he slung his backpack onto his back, Mason sitting at a picnic bench in the shadows of a tree line by the high school. There were several students, both human and werewolf alike, mulling around the area waiting for the school bell to ring. "School lasts roughly eight hours which means you'll be waiting here four hours until my lunch break and then another four before we can go home," Henry pointed out, sitting on top of the table looking down at his sleepy red head friend who was blinking slowly at him like a cat.

"I'll be fine. Beats hanging around at home for the time being since it's my day off from the library. The old man called me saying he hired another part timer so he's trying them out now so I've got nothing to do today," Mason said, yawning loudly, and smacked his lips a little bit when Henry started petting his hair.

"You are so cute, even out of wolf form," Henry cooed, petting Mason who frowned with a little growl but his head fell into his folded arms and he looked about ready to pass out. "How about you go home and take a nap? You look really tired," Henry said, nudging the side of Mason's head who frowned but let out a sigh.

"I couldn't sleep at all last night because Nicholas slept downstairs with Roxanne on the couch and I accidentally walked in on them talking about baby names when I went to the bathroom. He glared at me and told me to go to bed which was really scary," Mason said with a sigh, watching some school girls in really short mini skirts walk past who were gossiping about some hot celebrity couple. "Aren't those uncomfortable? They look uncomfortable," Mason mumbled out loud before his head dropped back down, his face hiding in the folds of his arms as the bell rang and the students started filing into the school.

"Is that why you raced to the bathroom, knocking me to the ground?" Henry asked, hands on his hips as he stood over the table glaring down at Mason who slowly looked up guiltily with a small smile. "I'll forgive you since that Nick guy's a real jerk but that really hurt," Henry grumbled, rubbing his tush, before heading over to the school after giving Mason a wave good bye over his shoulder and disappeared inside leaving Mason to get comfortable on the picnic bench enjoying the sounds of the birds chirping in the trees around him.

"I can't believe Nick Mune is back in town. He is so hot! I wish he was still in school," a voice said, pulling Mason from his slumber who felt a shiver go down his spine as he thought about the young alpha. "Is he dating anyone?"

"Well, it could be just a friend, but some people said they saw him driving around town with a girl in his truck with him. A blonde with a blue dyed streak in her hair which doesn't suit her complexion at all," another girl's voice spoke up, Mason turning his head a little spying three blonde girls in large high heels walking by him toward the school looking down at their phones and texting away without looking up once.

"Girlfriend?" the owner of the first voice asked, pouting to herself with furrowed brows as she suddenly raised her hand with the phone up in the air, her hand up in a peace sign, and took a picture before going back to texting.

"Not sure since no one's seen her since but let's just say she didn't look skinny," the second voice piped up, smirking to herself while the third looked intrigued even though she hadn't said a word.

"You saying he's into chubby girls?" the first asked and seemed to be contemplating something as she glanced down at her stomach.

"More like he possibly knocked someone up," the second said and laughed as the others gasped in shock, all three approaching the picnic table Mason was sitting at who jumped in surprise as all three dropped their book bags onto the table before sitting across from the red head who looked from one blonde to the other in confusion.
