Paparazzi and Sick

Noah's POV:
"DIXIE DIXIE OVER HERE!!" The paparazzi kept shouting, Dixie looked really overwhelmed and didn't know where to look,
"Excuse me" she said trying to walk past a man, he didn't move and kept shoving a camera in her face, "Please move" she said lightly shoving him, "Dixie Dixie can you answer this question!!" He shouted, that made me pissed, "Listen man she said move so get out of the way!" I yelled, "Hey shh I'm trying to get this on video!" He yelled back at me, suddenly a man with a huge camera came over and hit Dixie on the back of the head, "Ow!" She yelped grabbing the back of her head, "Ok everybody back off!! Especially you! You just hit her with your camera!!" I yelled, "We just wanna go out to dinner without you guys trampling us!! So back off" I said pushing everyone, Dixie got in the car and they put all their cameras against the windows,
Dixie looked so uncomfortable, then they got behind the car so I couldn't back away, I honked the horn and rolled down my window,
"Get out of the way!" I yelled, they kept taking pictures, I stomped on the break and gas which made a lot of smoke and was really loud, then they backed off, I pulled out and drove away,
"Are you ok?" I asked, "Noah when the baby comes what are we gonna do? They are gonna be in the public eye, I don't want that for them" she said, I sighed, "Trust me I don't want that either, but we'll do the best we can" I said, she nodded, Once we got back to her apartment we went into the bedroom and cuddled,
"I thought of another boy name" Dixie said,
"What is it?" "Elijah, and Eli for short" she said, "Oh that's so cute, they're all so cute I don't know how we're gonna choose when they come" I said, she smiled, "For a girl we have Dylan and for a boy we have Cameron, Leo, Leland, Elijah, I don't know what we're gonna do" she said giggling, I nodded, "What do you want the gender to be?" I asked, "I honestly don't care, as long as they are happy and healthy" Dixie said, "Same here, I don't wanna wait two more months to find out their gender I wanna find out nowww" I whined, she giggled, "it'll go by in a flash" she said, I nodded, "oh my god.." she said, "What?" I said, "I thought of another name..Owen" she said,
"Nooo Dixie now it's gonna be even harder if it's a boy" I said giggling, she smiled, "Wanna get to bed?" I asked, she nodded, we cuddled up to each other and I think I actually fell asleep before dixie.
The next day
Dixies POV:
I woke up to Noah's head on my stomach, I don't know how he does it, We went to sleep and I was in his arms, how did he make it down there? I ran my fingers through his hair and he slowly woke up, the first thing he did was kiss my stomach, "Good morning little one" he said,
"Hey me too!" I said, he smiled, "Of course, Good morning to you gorgeous" he said, I smiled, I suddenly got really nauseous, I ran to the bathroom and threw up, Noah ran after me and held my hair back, "Welp little one is awake" "Yep" Noah said, I wiped my mouth and flushed the toilet, Then I brushed my teeth to get rid of my breath, "You want anything for breakfast baby?" Noah asked, "No at least not right now" I said, "Can you at least drink some water for me?" He asked opening the fridge,
"Mhm" I hummed, He got me a cold water bottle and tucked me into bed as if I was 5,
"Take a nap baby it might help" he said, he kissed my head and closed the door walking out, I went on my phone and saw some edits of me and Noah which made me smile, I liked a couple of videos which made people go crazy,
After a while I turned off my phone and went to sleep.

A couple hours later
Dixies POV:
I woke up with a terrible migraine, I stood up and walked out of the bedroom, Noah was watching tv, "Hey baby, you ok?" He asked, I shook my head, "What's wrong?" "I have a migraine" I said putting my hand on my head,
"Aw I'm sorry, come on" he said standing up,
He brought me back into the bedroom and closed the blinds and turned off the lights, he shut the door and we laid in bed, I was in between his legs, he started massaging my head and also got me some meds, "Thanks baby, I don't know what I would do without you" I said, I fell asleep a little while later.

Should I do another time jump for the gender reveal? Or can someone give me some ideas?
