'You're  a disgrace you know that!'

'Well, if I'm so bothersome then why not JUST LEAVE'

'FINE!!!! I don't need your lazy ass ANYWAYS!!!!!'

Y/N's  POV

That was the last time that I saw him, the man who had promised to be the greatest father in the world... I guess that was another one of his lies...

Almost 2 years ago, my mother and I had moved to a new town to mainly get away from my dad, but also to restart our life. Kinda like how you restart a video game, but with less trauma and a more soothing environment I guess. Mom still is having trouble finding a job while I'm stuck at school with some crappy people.

But, I couldn't blame my mom for the situation we were in. Its not her fault that dad decided to be an asshole when it came to her.

But, mom said to put that all behind me because there was a new life ahead of us. And a new life equals a new you, right?

Selene's POV

I woke up from my noisy ass alarm my mother gave to me for my birthday, which was NOT the most pleasant thing to wake up to at 7 in the damn morning.

I slowly dragged myself out of bed to find my brother almost already ready for school.

¨Hey Selene, Mom said to hurry up or were going to be late¨

¨I know that, dumb ass..¨

¨I just wanted to remind you. And also...¨

¨What Razul.¨

¨Good Morning¨

¨Yeah yeah, whatever...¨

I continued to drag myself to the bathroom, only to find out that MY toothpaste was used up this morning. ¨What the actual fuck, bro. Who has the fucking audacity to use the rest of the toothpaste, without leaving another tube!!!"

After ranting to myself at the fact that there was no toothpaste, I walked to my room to get my outfit, got dressed real fast then headed downstairs. To my surprise, Dad was still downstairs drinking the last of his morning coffee. ¨Good morning Selene¨, he said as he yawned.

I gave him a slight wave, went outside then hopped in the car. I found Mom listening to her daily morning broadcast bullshit as I sat down. ¨Morning honey!¨, she said as I closed my door.

I ignored her while I pulled my phone out of my pocket, looking through millions of  unseen discord messages. There was honestly some funny shit on there.

We lived farther from school, so our parents had to drive us. It wasn't that bad for the most part, besides mom asking us over a million questions every five seconds. But again, not that bad.

After what felt like an eternity, dad finally came into the car and we drove to school, and let me tell you, just the conversation my parents had with each other drained the actual life out of me, that's how boring it was.

After the longest fucking car ride of the damn century, we were in front of the school. As we got out of the car we grabbed out things and closed the car doors.
