Anna and Daniel are best friends trying to navigate through life and relationships together as friends, but the true reason the universe doesn't allow others to work out is because they're meant to be together. Will they figure it out?
The clock read 5:00am which signaled the end of the shift for Anna. She works as an STNA in a nursing home taking care of the elderly. She walked out the front door of Fair Hope to her black and lime green mustang. Anna texted her best friend Daniel to let him know that she was on her way to his house, she almost always stopped by after her shift before he left for work. She decided to stop by McDonald's and pick them up some breakfast.
Upon arriving at McDonald's Anna ordered both her and Daniel a couple sausage, egg and cheese McMuffins, and both large caramel frappe. Once she received her order she headed in the direction of Daniels house. She parked her mustang next to his black and orange mustang, yes they were those best friends who had matching vehicles. Daniel bought his mustang first and after a few rides in his car she wanted one for herself.

Anna got out of her car and walked in his front door, they both had keys to each other's house. When she got inside Daniel was playing on his Xbox while waiting for her. "I was beginning to think you'd gotten lost, what took you so long?" Daniel asked without looking up from his game he was playing. Anna rolled her eyes as she said "I stopped to get breakfast dork" and she handed him his breakfast. "Awesome thanks!" He responded with a smile. Anna sat down on the couch pulling out her phone, to scroll through TikTok. It was now going on 6:30am which meant it was time for Daniel to go to work. Daniel stood up shutting down his Xbox "Alright looks like it time to get ready for work, thanks for breakfast Anna" "Ugh what have I told you about thanking me Daniel" She replied while rolling her eyes at him "I know, but I also know it annoys you" He laughed heading to his bathroom "You're such an ass! Anyway I'm gonna head home, I need to walk Buck before bed" Anna yelled out as she walked out towards the door. "Bye Anna, love you bestie!" Daniel yelled back before Anna walked out of his house.
Anna walked out to her car and drove home. She pulled into her garage and shut off her car walking inside to find Buck her German Shepherd peacefully sleeping in his bed. Buck perked up when he heard the door open and ran to greet Anna. "Hi boy, I stopped by Daniel's this morning" she told Buck as she leashed him up. Walking out her front door she took Buck on a 1.5 mile walk, where he also used the bathroom. Anna let Buck off the leash as she opened the door letting him run into the house first, she set down a bowl of food for Buck and went to take a shower. After her shower she put on her Jack Skellington pajamas. She walked into her front room, turning on her Xbox to play a little bit of Apex Legends. After about an hour of gaming she went to her room, putting on a movie before going to sleep.
