The meeting ended quicker than usual. Of course, the man with unique scars on both sides of his mouth asked their boss if he can go home early. No one knows why but Mikey let him go. Usually, he will not allow anyone leave unless he tells you to or unless he is also leaving. Today was different. Sanzu drove back home and was excited for the thought that he will be the one making their lunch. He was planning to cook her favorite meal. He may have left her before but the memories stayed with him throughout these years. That's one thing for sure.

Once he reached home, he hurriedly parked his car by the garage and went inside his house making sure he will also give notice that he has arrived. "I'm home!" he shouts but there was only silence. "Hey Bab—ahh ha-ha..." he sarcastically chuckled; realizing what he almost shouted. "Y/n? Hey where are you???" he searched for the (h/c) haired girl. As he searched every room in his house, his heartbeat races. The girl he left earlier was for sure sleeping soundly. It's impossible that she was just pretending to sleep because he knew her, ohh to well. "Shit!" he curses as he looked at the last place in his house that she could hide. No signs of the girl. He then picks up his phone and calls the Haitani brothers for help.
"Ran! Have you seen Y/n?!" he questioned; his stress was laced in his voice as the other line replied with a question too. "What? No. Weren't you with her now? Plus, how the fuck can we know where she is, huh??? Smartass..." he replied in an irritating way. "You are not helping!" he said as he ended the call and runs his hands through his hair. He was anxious at the moment. It can't be what he thinks it is, right? He tried his best to think positively at the moment but he failed. Did you leave him alone? Did you leave him to pay him back when he did it to you? No! That can't be right! He was on the verge of breaking down as he falls back on the couch, stressed out and panicking.

10 AM; You were scrolling on your social media account looking for various posts that the people you followed have. Suddenly, you heard a slight roar making you stop from liking a post and it made you chuckle. "Hey there buddy...HAHAHA" you laughed as you stood up from the couch and went straight to the fridge. You didn't find anything that'll satisfy your tummy so you, with a brilliant mind, decided to cook you and Sanzu your lunch for today. "Hmm...he won't mind if I use another set of his clothes, right? Besides, its his fault. He never gave me a chance to take my things from my old apartment." She talks to herself while grabbing a pair jogging pants and a shirt that she tied up to shorten its length and style it. She then heads off to buy the ingredients that she will need. She was about to head back to Sanzu's place when the store she went onto delayed the line in the cashier. Apparently, a customer wasn't satisfied with the treatment of the checker.

The man was still frantically trying to calm himself down when he heard the door get unlocked. "Ran, man, have you seen her—Y/n!!!" he said as he looks back and immediately hugged the girl whose confusion is visible. "Uhm...hey?" she asked confused with his sudden behavior. "Where were you??? I was so worried. I thought you left me." He asked her whilst holding her shoulders not to hard. You cannot blame the man. He just found the girl he truly cares about and yet he will let her go that easy? Of course not. The girl chuckled as a reply as Sanzu lets go of his grip.
"You think I will leave you the same way you did to me? Sanzu, you may have done it to me but I will never do it to you. No matter how many times you leave me like that. I will never muster to hurt you."
She chuckled but there was a hint of sadness in the way she uttered those words. His heart dropped at her statement. She still can't forget that? Oh yeah, even he can't. Who will move on easily with the way things turned out for them? "Y/n...look... can we not mention that for now. I am not in the mood to argue with you about that..." he replied; his words contained all his regrets that he hopes Y/n will recognize. "Sure, but that's only for now. We have to talk about it sometime. I still want your explanation." She spoke without even looking at him, making Sanzu get that she was serious about it. "Sure. Someday." The man said while approaching her in the kitchen and helped her fix the groceries. "Hey... what about you stay at the living room and rest and I prepare our lunch?" he asks the girl with a slight smile on his lips. "Hmmm... okay but I am craving something for lunch. Can you cook it for me?" she asks him with her eyes pleading.
The other one chuckled as he ruffles her hair and nods. "What do you want then?" he questioned. "My favorite! If you really know me, then you should know what I like..." she grins at him. "Is that a challenge?" he smirks back. "Yeah, it's a challenge. Why? You going to back out, Mr. Sanzu Haruchiyo?" she said in a mocking way. "Alright. Wait for me to finish cooking then we'll find out who won." He pushes her away slightly as he started preparing the ingredients.
"Y/n! Food is ready!" Sanzu calls out for the girl while preparing the table. "WOW! So delicious~" she said as soon as she reached the table; seeing all the food he prepared. "So, you still remember my favorites. I am glad!" she added as she sat down with him at the table.

After they finished eating, Y/n volunteered to do the washing. She was humming a song while rinsing the plates when a pair of arms snaked onto her waist as she smelled a familiar scent. Sanzu, who was hugging her from behind, placed his head onto her shoulder while whispering a soft, "Thank you..." into her ear. She felt tingles down her spine as she slightly giggled at the sensation. "Hmm... for what?" she asked him. "Nothing... just wanted to thank you..." he replied while closing his eyes and slightly tightening the hug as if he might lose her if he didn't hold her close enough. "Okay...?" she chuckled as she continues her chore; a smile painting her lips for the whole moment.
Everyday was the same. Sanzu goes to work. Y/n is left behind either still asleep or she have joined Sanzu for breakfast. This time was a different case. She pretended that she was still fast asleep as Sanzu left the house and headed to Bonten's headquarters. As soon as he left, she quickly changed her clothes and followed him by riding a taxi.
-AT BONTEN HQ-
The meeting was about to end when the executives heard the guards by the door of their meeting area. "What the hell is going on?" Kokonoi asked, slightly raising an eyebrow. "A trespasser?" Kakucho added as the doors opened revealing the girl. "Y/n???" Sanzu almost shouted as he approached the door. "You can let her go. I know this girl." He said to the guards as the guards obeyed him. "Why are you here? Didn't I tell you to stay at home? And... how did you get here???" he bombarded the girl with questions. The girl shushed him by placing a finger on his lips as the male slightly blushed at her actions. "Chillax. I followed you and rode a taxi. I did want to stay at home but got too bored. Can I stay here though? I promise, I won't interfere with your work!" she raised her left hand as if she was doing a pledge. The pink-haired boy sighed as he agreed to the girl. "Fine. As long as you stay beside me the whole time." He said while pulling the girl near him as they approached the others. The other members weren't shocked to see her anymore since they've known each other for years. "Hey, Y/n." Takeomi greeted her as the others did so too.
The meeting continued but the man who's Bonten's no. 2 can't seem to contain his glances at the girl sitting not too far away from them. Mikey noticed that. As the meeting was adjourned, Mikey called the attention of the girl and so do the other members. "Hello, Y/n. It's nice to see you again." He said in the driest manner. The girl smiled at him and replied, "Hello to you too, Mikey! I am glad to see you guys again. I can see you all are doing well which is great!" she spoke in a cheerful manner. Mikey, unlike his usual self, smiled slightly at the girl. That results to a couple of confused looks on the other members.
Why did Mikey suddenly smile? He is so cold and it seemed like there was no life in him. Did the girl make him do it? Were there things that the others didn't know? What is their relationship? Why were they so close? Does it have something to do with their past...?
