The Test

Boba POV

It was the next day and I had woke up later than I normally would because of how later I was up last night I was in my armor undersuit I walked out of my room and into the central area as I do I see Vernal already working away training in the training room, So I walked stealthily over and try to grab Vernal but she doges and greets me

"Morning Boba," said Vernal

"Mornin Vern your still pretty sharp but the question is if you can beat me" I'd say as I got into a defensive position

"I suppose it is," she says as she charges at me

She proceeded to do a deep fein of a punch when she instead rolls to try and get into my blind spot so I moved out of the way and Block her hit as we start it rapidly trade blows at each other and so I go to grab one of her blows when she suddenly moves but her smaller form being much faster than me I lose her for a second when I suddenly feel the air move behind me so I rolled my torso barely in time to dodge the hit but she had put all of her momenta into the flying kick she was in so I grabbed her shirt and used her momentum to throw her to the ground knocking the air out of her and ending the sparring session.

"Hah, good job-fighting Vern but being slick takes time to master and it takes a lot more experience than what you have to be slick" I'd say extending out a hand to Vernal while she was groaning from pain on the ground

"Ah, Thanks but I still know how you manage to doge that kick," said Vernal as she took my hand to help her up off the ground now no longer wincing in pain from having her ass thrown to the ground

"Heh, a master never reveals all his secrets" I'd say as I started to walk out of the training room and heading back over to the forge room and press a button to open the door to the forge room and grab a scanning tool off my workbench and walk back to Vernal who is standing with her hands on her hips in a sassy way

"Hey, What's that for?" She asked curiously

"I just Need a full-body scan for something," I said while pointing the device at her and I pressed a button which then caused the device to produce a light hum and glow as it scanned her and it let out a ding when it was done.  

"All right that's all I need from you for now, for now, go help Oz with whatever he needs help with I have work to get done" I'd walk into the forge room locking the door behind me.

(sorry, for the short part. I Have been gone for so long I've been busy while also having a bad writers block but thanks for sticking around but the new character that will be introduced next chapter and the book of boba fett coming out I should be able to crank out more chapters)
