3rd person POV ; ﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋ And so there we were, seated and eating, chatting. But it wasn't the peaceful kind.
"Paimon, save some for the others!" Aether was trying to get Paimon under control, while Venti and Y/N were chatting about the games she played last night on her pc.
What she didn't notice was that the three other males on the other side of the table were practically staring at her.
"No, you collect guns as you go." Y/N was trying hard to explain the game to Venti as he didn't understand.
"Y/N? May I ask a question?" Zhongli asked me, this was unexpected.
'He's really going to ask her, who knew' Diluc thought to himself.
"Eh- uhm ask away" Y/N shuffles a little in her seat, while picking up her cup to drink. She didn't think he would be asking such a question, it was so random.
"You have a hobby of music, do you not?"
Y/N stops herself, and puts the cup down, and says : "Excuse me?"
Everyone turns to look at her with confusion. "Sorry, I- well, what do you mean, specifically?"
"Do you enjoy singing?" Diluc speaks up making so much more awkward between the three.
"Well, I sang a lot when I was little, but I dunno, singing isn't my forte, and I got less interested in it unlike back then." Y/N said that with a straight face. If Diluc and Zhongli didn't happen to catch Venti and her singing, they would have believed her.
"..Then why is it that we heard you singing in the kitchen with Venti?"
At that moment Y/N stood up and took Venti with her to her room, and as soon as they got inside, she closed the door quickly.
"HOLY SHIT. VENTI DID YOU TELL THEM????" Y/N was on her bed, under the covers.
Venti had known the group of Diluc, Zhongli, Aether, and Xiao were there but didn't mention it to Y/N so he could continue singing with her.
"No . . . but perhaps a certain blonde did.. you know..." Venti said while spinning the chair he was on.
"...Venti... do you still have your bow on you?" Y/N got up from the covers and made her way over to Venti.
"Why of course I do-!"
"Lend it to me." and with that, Venti actually handed it over, curious about what was to come.
