Y/N'S POV ;;

I helped Diluc cook pancakes for the rest of us, while Aether and Venti were... talking?

Whenever I could, I could always see them peeking over the couch looking at me. Or maybe it was Diluc?

I really don't know. Maybe they got suspicious of me again? But what of?

That's when I remembered that I had something to show them all.

"Diluc, can you take care of that? I need to get something upstairs."

Diluc just nodded as I ran up the stairs to get my laptop.

Aether's POV ;

While Y/N had gone away upstairs, Venti and Aether used this time as an oppurtunity to speak freely.

"So, what'd you hear when you 'fell asleep', that afternoon?" I asked.

I was referring to when Y/N had Venti brought to his room by Diluc, and played asleep.

"Riggghhht. I didn't last the whole 3 hours of while I was in there with them, but I did last until the good parts!" Venti said, but a little too loudly.

"Basically, I pretended to be asleep, Y/N was playing, yada yada... and then she stopped to go outside. I heard some chatter but then it stopped. After a while, Y/N and Diluc came into the room." Venti continued.

"Diluc had to carry me to my room- which was not the least bit comfortable by the way! Then after they put me on the bed, Y/N said she heard footsteps. They tried to get in so she locked the door."

'She heard footsteps from inside the room?'

"But anyway, after that, she and Diluc started talking about Xiao. Apparently when she went to get Diluc, her face was red. She tried saying sorry to Xiao." Venti finished, as he slid down the couch, looking exhausted.

"Well.. I don't know. We initially tried to find out what happened to help Y/N and Xiao atleast be on good terms, but what do we do now? Xiao doesn't want to cooperate." I sigh.

"M'kay! I'm back!" Y/N's voice came from the bottom of the stairs, while you could see Xiao and Zhongli at the top.

Y/N went over to sit at the island, where she sat on a stool. She opened up her laptop, she called for us to come over.

"Alright, so I tried theorizing a bit, trying to piece things together. First of all, you all don't know what sent you all here in the first place, correct?" I said to the group surrounding me.
