What a time final part (4)

I feel a little nauseous and my hands are shaking
I guess that means you're close by

It's officially been a month since I have seen Drew. I'm currently at Madison and Madelyn's apartment. Thankful that we are still close despite what happened. "Hey chase and Rudy were wondering if we wanted to come over in a bit!" Madelyn said. "Sounds fun why not!" Madison says. "Y/N?" Madelyn asks me "uh yeah sure" I say hoping to god Drew wouldn't be there but also not wanting to ask and be that girl! "K well I'm not going like this I need to shower and I want to somewhat get ready" Madison stands up walking to her room. "I guess I'm going to get ready then as well. I'm not letting her look hot when I'm not" Madelyn say. "Bull shit your always hot" I say laugh. "Looks like I'm also getting ready then when are we meeting the boys?" I ask. "Nah don't worry about it you can get ready here and borrow something from one of us!" Madelyn smile at me. "Thanks" not actually wanting to leave and get ready on my own.
Finally it's my time for a shower. "I'll be like 30 minutes I have to wash my hair!" I yell back to the girls turning on the water.

"Do you think this will actually work? I mean she hasn't seen him in a month" Madison asks. "Hey we have convinced her to get ready with us so, so far we are on the right track!" Madelyn responded starting to grab makeup out of her desk. "I guess I just hope she doesn't get mad at us for helping him set this all up." Madison sighs. "But I'm not going to lie I really hope this works they are meant for each other!" She adds on!
It doesn't take long for all of us to get ready it was nothing fancy just a little bit nicer then our every day looks.

We arrived to there apartment but as we walked in all the light were off. "I swear to god if you jump out and scare us I will punch you!" Madison says laughing. "Wait the deck lights are on they are probably outside." Madelyn says. The boys were on the first level and they had a small deck and backyard as well as a little park across the street. So it wasn't unusual for them to be out there. But as I turn around Madelyn and Madison are no where to be seen. "For fuck sakes guys!" I say walking out the sliding door hoping the boys weren't out there waiting to scare me and that they were inside and scared Madison and Madelyn insisted. But as I walk out side I see flower pedals and candles making a path to the street stopping and starting again at the other side. Oh god this was a set up. But not one to scare us... it was just for me. That's when the nausea hit me knowing what was actually going on. I didn't move at first I just stood there debating if I just turn around and go home instead.
The sliding glass door opened and Chase came out side. "Just at least talk to him" he said rubbing my arm. "You guys need to at least talk it out see each other's point of view." He adds walking back inside. It takes me a minute but I slowly started walked down the path. I could see Drew sitting on one of the swings. In front of him a little blanket and picnic basket. My hands started shaking when I noticed he had seen me walking down the candle lit path. "No turning back now" I whisper to myself. He stayed quiet till I sat on the swing beside him. "Hey" I said barely about a whisper. "Thank you for coming" he responded. "Didn't really know what I was showing up to till I opened the back door." "Well thank you for not turning around and leaving." I just looked at him and smiled trying my hardest not to let the tears that were threatening to spill run down my cheeks. "I told my manager every" he blurted out. "That it wasn't fake, that I actually liked you for months before I had asked you out, that we were already dating for 4 weeks before he brought it up... and that I was and still am genuinely in love with you! I'm so unbelievably sorry for not telling you. I know it was a shit thing to do. That I messed up big time" "drew" I cut him off. "Yeah" "it was a shit thing to do and yeah you fucked up. But Im also sorry for accusing you of acting and not truly loving me." We were both crying at this point. "But thank you for telling them the truth." "Ok this swing is hurting my ass can we sit on the blanket?" "Yes" I answered laughing. "I guess we both fucked up!" I said sitting on the blanket. "I'm truly sorry for letting you ever think even for a second that this wasn't real. It hurts me every day that I let you walk out that door." "I'm sorry for walking out of that door and disregarding you or letting you explain further. But Drew I do forgive you. I'm not going to lie I probably did over react." "No your feelings were completely valid. I forgive you too."
"I brought wine." He said turning to the basket pulling out to glasses. "Well I'll never say no to wine!"
We ended up talking till 12am
"So I have to ask you something." Dew said "shot" sipping the last few drops of my wine. "Would you like to go on a date with me?" "I would love to" Giving him a kiss on the cheek.
