"Ok Layla holed on tight" Chase said as he started running around the set. Laughing and giggling was heard by everyone eating at lunch break.
"You drop my kid and you better sleep with both eyes open" Y/N laughed as she watched. "Layla tell mommy to chill out." Chase said to the 3 year old clinging to his back. "I our kid has the best life, I'm kinda jealous" I said handing Y/N her plate of food. "You're telling me. The girl is spoiled rotten." She said starting to cut up a banana for Layla.

It had been almost 6 years since I walked out of the hospital with her in a wheelchair beside me. It had been a very long and tough recovery. But she was a fighter and a strong one at that. She blew past her physical therapy like it was a walk in the park. She still has her days where her hand shakes or her anxiety is heightened. But I was so proud of her. 5 months after she got out I had set up a date for us on the beach that's the night I proposed. The day we got married was the day she surprised me by walking down the aisle with no help from a walker or knee braces. 2 years later we were given the ok to start trying to have a baby by her doctors. The day Layla was born was right up there tied for first place being the best day of my life right beside Y/N waking up. We moved into our first home in Charleston when Y/N was 4 months pregnant. Realizing our apartment was going to be to small for all 3 of us.

"What are you thinking about so intensely?" Y/N asked bumping my shoulder. "Just how luck I am to have you and Layla. I responded giving her a kiss on the cheek.

"Ok guys 5 minutes till we are back to shooting." Gus's said to everyone eating.
"I still can't believe you and Chase are in a movie together on the same set as Outer Banks was filmed." Y/N said
"Don't forget the same set that we met on." I responded
Y/n only response was to give me a kiss. "Mommy that's gross daddy still had food in his mouth." Layla laughed and fake gagged. I swear this girl is going to follow in my footsteps and be an amazing actress!
