Chapter 15

I'm still in Vinnie's car, with a blindfold on. Weird. I think he wants to kidnap me or maybe kill me. Or maybe he wants me all for himself.

"You ready?" Vinnie says as it breaks me out of my trance.

"Yeah, yeah. I don't know if you want to murder me or kidnap me. But please don't do any of those." I say as Vinnie chuckles.

"No, Y/n I'm not gonna do any of those. I'm taking you on a date. So don't be scared." He says as I smile. "There's that smile."

"Shut up simp." I say as my cheeks turn red.

"Okay, come on. Let's go. It'll get dark soon." Vinnie says as he opens the door and helps me out.

He takes my hand and interlocks it with his. He starts walking as I follow him. When we got to the place a cold wind was blowing my face. I started shaking as it was cold.

"Hey, are you cold?" Vinnie says before taking off his hoodie and giving it to me.

"Yeah, thanks tho." I say as I put it on. I still have my blindfold on.

"Okay, I'm gonna take off your blindfold." He says as he takes off the blindfold of my face.

"Omg Vinnie. This is so cutee." I say as I saw the picnic he had made for me.

"Its all for you. Go on." Vinnie says as he lets go off my hand.

I smile as I make my way to the blanket that was on the ground. The place was familiar tho, like I have seen it before.

"Vinnie. This place is familiar to me." I say as Vinnie turns his gaze to me.

"Really? I doubt that." Vinnie says as I see him smile under his breath.

"Stop laughing. I'm serious." I say as he takes another bite of his sandwich. "Isn't this the place where we told we love each other?"

"Exactly. Thats why I made this date here." He says as I smile.

"So, so thoughtful of you Vinnie." I say, making Vinnie laugh.

How thoughtful Vinnie bear. I didn't think you would want to do something like this. I mean, you're a master at dates but this. I must be special.

"You know love. You're so special to me and I want you to be mine forever. You changed me and changed the way I look  at the things around me. You make me smile everytime you even say a word. Remember that I love you so so so much and that you'll forever be my only one love." Vinnie says, making me stare at him.

"Baby, I don't know what got into you but I love you too so much and I don't want to lose you. You changed me too." I say as Vinnie hugs me. "Never break my heart, please."

"I promise princess." He says as he kisses my head. "I promise I'll not break your heart."

"Wanna stargaze with me?" I say, making Vinnie smile.

"Yes." He says as both of us lay on the grass, looking into the sky.

"Pick a star." Vinnie says, making me look deeply into the sky.

"I got one."

"Got one too."

"You go first."

"No, girls always go first." Vinnie says, making me smile.

"That one there." I say, pointing to the one star that was sparkling and shimmering.

"Why did you pick that one?" Vinnie asks breaking me out of my thoughts.

"Well, I don't know. It just looked at me happily." I say as Vinnie smiles. "Did you pick one?"

"Yeah I did."

"Which one?" I ask.

"The one that is laying next to me." Vinnie says, as I look at him confusingly.

"What do you mean?"

"Well, you're the only star that lights up my world. You're the only thing in this world that I would pick." He says, making me blush.

"Baby, that's so sweet omg." I say as I let a little giggle.

"Well, we should get going now. Its getting dark." Vinnie says, making both of us raise our bodies from the ground.

"Yeah, Josh would go nuts if he sees that I'm not home on time." I say, making Vinnie laugh.

"Okay then let's not make Josh mad. Let's go." Vinnie says, standing up and giving me a hand to stand up.

"This was actually the best night I've ever had." I say, interlocking my fingers with Vinnie's.

"Well, just you wait." He says as I smile.

Me and Vinnie walk to the car with our hands holding. When we make it to the car he opens the door for me and I sit on the passenger sit as he makes his way to the drivers sit.

The whole ride home was quiet, just listening to some music. He parks his car in his garage and helps me to my house.

"Thank you for tonight. It was amazing." I say, holding Vinnie's hands facing him.

"Anything for you." He says giving me a gentle kiss on the forhead. "Make sure you get enough sleep tonight ok?"

"I didn't know you would become my mother one day." I say, as he laughs. "I'm just kidding. Of course."

"Okay, then see you tomorrow. I'm gonna walk you to school like always." He says, making me smile.

"Okay. See you tomorrow." I say, leaning in for a kiss.

"Y/n!! Finally you're home. I was worried." Josh says, stopping us from kissing each other.

"Yeah, Josh. I'm here." I say, pulling away from Vinnie.

"Okay. Uhm, see you Y/n." He says, walking to his house.

"Look. I'm here Josh. I came." I say, pushing him away to get inside the house.

"Okay, i see now." He says as he walks behind me closing the front door. "We're were you sister? You didn't come home after school." Josh asks, as I take off my shoes.

"Well, I went out with Vinnie. We had food." I say, as Josh humms.

"I'm going to my room now. I'm tired." I say as I run up to my room, locking the door.

I always lock my door incase someone comes and kidnaps me. No im kidding. I just like it when I'm alone and no one is bothering me.
