angel (n.)somebody who is kind or beautiful
When we arrived at Liam's place I showered and realized I didn't bring any other clothes. So, I put my sports bra and spandex back on before walking back into his room, and sheepishly asking for some clothes. Liam stared at me for a few moments before shaking his head slightly and going over to his closet.
Returning after just a few short minutes, which I froze during, he handed me a pair of sweatpants and a jumper which I graciously accepted. After quickly throwing on the clothes I walked towards the bed, sitting on the edge and pulling my knees up to my chest.
"Hey...try not to think about everything for a bit. It'll help." Liam had a gentle voice that has always calmed me, and tonight was no exception. The bed sunk next to me and he gently wrapped an arm around me. I placed my head on his shoulder and grabbed onto his shirt with my left hand, latching myself to him.
"Can we just go to bed? I want to sleep. I haven't been sleeping very well; it's been a while since I've had to try to sleep alone in a bed." I admitted, ashamedly.
"Of course love, anything for you." I let go of him and he stood, moving back the blankets before reaching from behind me and grabbing my hips, sliding me up the bed until my head was above the pillow, gently lying me down. I rolled over, towards the middle of the bed and he covered me up before walking around the bed and sliding under the covers.
"'M kinda warm now." I giggled. Laughing he nodded his head. We both sat up and as he took off his shirt I took off the sweats and jumper tossing them onto the floor for me to use in the morning. Leaving on my sports bra and spandex I curled up under the blankets next to the already lying down Liam.
"Much better!" I nodded my head agreeing with him and smiling over at him. "Do you need anything to fall asleep? Or are you good?"
"Uhm...this might be a weird question but can I like borrow your arm?" We laughed a bit but he nodded and I hooked my arms around his larger one, curling up by his side, keeping his arm as our barrier. I placed my head on his shoulder and got comfortable; slowly drifting off to sleep to the peaceful sound of his breathing.
