(12) Complicated Love

I woke up with Lilith snuggled up to me, until that moment was ruined by a knock on my door. I pulled on some tracksuit bottoms and a Mattson hoodie. I opened the door and there stood Violetta.

"What the fuck are you doing here?" I hissed at her. Her red lips were formed in a smirk. She pushed her way into my home.

"I see you're doing quite well for yourself with those Blind Channel boys." She says trying to touch me, but I backed away.

"Violetta you're not welcome here! Didn't you see I never responded to your messages! Like what do you want from me?" I said getting angry.

"I want you back!" She says. God this woman was delusional.

"Don't you fucking understand? You lost the right when you choose Hans in fucking Stockholm. I don't want you anymore and I never will because I've moved on!" I yelled until I heard shuffling from the other.

"No you haven't, you're just lying!" Violetta says, I was at a point where I wanted to kick this girl's butt, but I don't lay my hands on anyone.

"Get the fuck out of my house Violetta! Go to Stockholm you gold digger." I yelled out of rage. I never get angry but she was pissing me off and I wanted her the fuck out.

She still wouldn't leave, that was when Lilith came to my rescue. She walked over to me and her burgundy hair was piled in a bun.

"What's the problem babe?" She asks me while giving me a kiss. I pull her close.

"This is the psycho ex I've been telling you about. You know the one who left me for a gold digger." I said to her, she laughed.

"You can't have moved on that fast.l Violetta says and I laughed.

"It's been two fucking years!" I yelled at her, Lilith walks toward Violetta and she stands in front of her.

"Leave my boyfriend along you slut, he doesn't want you here so respect his wishes!" She says and then Violetta asks what Lilith was going to do. Lilith grabs her and drags her out of the house.

She slams the door in Violetta's face and Lilith was panting overcome by emotions.

"Alex Mattson you have a lot of explaining to do." Lilith says standing in front of me with her arms crossed.

I managed to get rid of Aleksi's ex-girlfriend, the black haired one sat on the couch. I stood in front of Aleksi, I pushed him into the couch.

"Alex Mattson you have a lot of explaining to do." I whisper. Actually I didn't want to hear it to be honest. I found myself padding into Aleksi's room and getting dressed. God what a fool I was? Thinking that the universe would grant me a gift of love.

You fool! My brain yells at me. I sighed I stood in front of the mirror in my dress and I sat on his bed pulling on my heels. I walked out of the room and into the living room and put on my jacket.

"Goodbye Aleksi." I said making sure my key was in there and it was in there. I just couldn't stay there.

"Where are you going?" Aleksi asks me.

"Uh you see I got work tomorrow and I should get ready. Break a leg at your gig Saturday." I whisper, not even saying a word. I just walked toward his door and unlocked it and headed out of the complex.

(The Next Day)

"Wait what? He's ex showed and just wanted to get with him." Lizzie says while sipping her mug of coffee while we gossiped.

"Well it's fine though. Maybe it wasn't meant to be between me and Aleksi." I tell my red haired friend.

"Wait what are you crazy? I think you are but you're just hurt." Lizzie says and oh boy indeed I was. I spent my days writing songs for Dark Adrenaline, in my free time I wrote Malevolence.

I was planning to show it to the guys at our next band practice. I dropped a message in the Telegram app of the Dark Adrenaline chat. We were having a show, so I decided to perform it there.

"So when will you take me to one of your shows?" Lizzie asks and I laugh.

"Well speaking of that Dark Adrenaline will be performing at a bar, so you can totally come." I tell her with a laugh.

"So are we going to the gig on Saturday?" Lizzie asks me. Well I was so in the mood for a drink. Especially I hadn't messaged Aleksi aka my Prince Eric.

I laughed at the detail and told Lizzie.

"Do you know that he calls me Ariel and I call him Prince Eric." I say with a laugh. But then I remembered that his ex was in town and things are going to be ugly.

"Look do you like the guy? Girl you've had sex three times already! From what I see you're into him but in denial." Lizzie says while she ate a chip.

"I guess you're right. I am into him but I'm scared it will end up like it did with Spencer!" I say with sighing running my hand through my hair.

"You never know unless you try and besides you should show that bitch. That Little man is yours and not hers." Lizzie says and we laughed.

It was 2nd October, today I decided to go and sign the paper work and sign the lease. I was moving out from Faith's, all of the last boxes were packed. I had got the future I wanted, begin rearranging things.

"Wow I can't believe you're moving out." Faith says and I laughed.

"It's been a good two years don't you think?" I said. Aleksi had been calling me nonstop and texting, but I couldn't speak to him. I was sad and mostly hurt. Who knows he could be over with his ex.

My mind lingered back on the date we shared, God it was perfect. Is it bad that I wanted more with him? But at the same time, his ex was back in the picture.

Luka: Lilith, we have a show coming up in a week and a half. We're ready for practice! :)

    Lilith: I'm down! Let the world meet the amazing Lilith Immaculate! See you tomorrow evening! :)

I put my phone away and continued clearing up my things and organising my flat and I laid on my couch sighing. My phone dinged and it was Aleksi.

Aleksi: I'm sorry Lilith, I didn't think she would be back and mess things up. I'll leave you alone if you don't want to talk to me anymore.

Did I want him to leave me alone? No, was I falling for him? Yes.

I responded to his message and tossed the phone away. God I couldn't handle this anymore. I walked toward my new apartment and threw open my balcony door and admired the full moon.

My mum always told to wish upon a full moon and I closed my eyes and wished for one person.
