What a lovely day.

The sun is shining; the sky is the bluest blue I've ever seen in my life.

The flowers are so beautiful they don't look real.

The grass is literally gleaming in the sunlight and it's so warm and everything's so perfect that you genuinely can do nothing but smile as you walk, jump, hop, skip on your way to wherever it is that you're going.

In my case, I'm heading to my school. English class ... Yay!

With my earphones in, I didn't hear the many voices that awaited in the school car park, and so I didn't recognise the melodic sound of his voice, which is most probably the main reason why when I rounded that corner my breath caught in my throat.

And i didn't think it was possible, but my smile widened even more and my whole body relaxed at the sight of him. The sunlight really did suit him.

I stayed where I was, literally so mesmorised that I couldn't even move my feet from their spot on the tarmac floor. He was wearing a blue shirt buttoned halfway up with a white t-shirt underneath and just blue jeans. His dark brown hair was just naturally sitting on his head as per usual and he was throwing a rugby ball across to his friends.

When, out of nowhere, he notices me staring. I smile at him from where i stand and lift my hand up to give a small wave moving only my fingers. He smiles at me and I honestly can't feel my legs, I fear they're going to give way and I'm going to be left lying in the middle of the entrance to my school's car park, but as quickly as it came, his smile's gone as he reverts back to his game of catch with his mates.

"Hey, Ally! How're you?" my friend asks as she too enters the car park, "Catch you in class yeah?" She carries on walking while i try to regain feeling in my legs. Maybe denim shorts was a bad idea?

I pull my earphones out and begin walking towards the building whilst also trying to wind the earphones around my ipod. I focus on this task as i automatically keep walking and turning all the corners to get to my locker. I throw my ipod in my bag and grab my psychology folder from the very top of my locker. I grab my phone with my free hand and try to text on the stupidly big touch screen, while balancing my folder on my left arm and trying to shut my locker with my right elbow when suddenly, some dickhead on a skateboard barrels through the crowd, knocks my arm and sends all my papers flying up into the air and scattering all over the floor, whilst simultaneously, the school bell goes and everyone runs away to their lessons kicking my papers even further across the floor, and further away from me.

I sigh loudly and throw my head back, close my eyes and try to take deep breaths. Once calm, I begin to pick up the papers, starting with those closest to me, when I hear the papers furthest away from me rustling, i panic thinking it's the wind about to blow them even further away then they already are so you can imagine my surprise when I snap my head up to look, and see no other than  Fin - the guy i have the world's biggest crush on - crouched down picking up MY psychology papers.

"Thought you could use some help, seeing as you dropped a lot of papers!" He says, still collecting my papers up and smiling at me across the space.

My arms and hands are still working at picking up the papers, but my mind doesn't even register that they're doing this because my eyes and every other fibre in my body are solely focused on him and him alone.

When he smiles, his cheeks become podgier where his cheekbones are and it's the cutest thing. His nose slightly scrunches and his eyes crinkle at the sides. God, he's so handsome.

"Well, thanks Fin, but aren't I going to make you late for class?" I laugh as I say, both knowing full well that all his teachers love him and wouldnt bat an eyelid to the fact that he's late.
