Hinata

"Nata! Hinata!" Neji-san called, bringing me back to reality. His face contorted into that of confusion. I sheepily smiled, ashamed that I zoned out on him. Naruto gave me an encouraging smile and I absolutely melted inside.

"Yeah," I dumbly replied, not being able to come up with anything. My brain had been filled with hallucinations of Naruto ever since he dragged me here. He was all I could think of.

"What's wrong with you?" Neji asked in worry. "I called your names four times before but you didn't reply. Are you sick with fever?" He placed a his palm on my forehead inspecting my temperature. I almost smiled at his behaviour. It brought back so many memories, both good and bad.

I open my mouth to speak but was widely interrupted when a set of students in masks suddenly appeared at our table. I knew who they were and immediately stood from my seat. They were called the ANBU. A set of alumnae who were controlled by our Principal.

They were sent in case of emergencies. They were more like security agents who lurked around the school keeping every one safe. They never or rarely ever talked. The boys sat there confused and stared at the ANBU squad in shock.

"Who are you?" Ni-san asked very confused. As expected, no one replied him and the squad turned to me. I gasped. Why would they want me? I always stayed out of trouble. Then again it could be one of the boys. Neji's posture changed into a stressed one and I wasn't surprised.

He had every right to be weary, the whole phenomenon of the school wasn't totally explained to him. Before I knew what was happening, Naruto was beside them poking their masks and asking questions. He looked so adorable!

"You guys are so cool!!" Naruto exclaimed excitedly. "But what's with the masks? And the black overalls? Are you guys like ninjas?" Naruto asked persistentenly poking the leader and my heart continued to melt into goo.

"Hinata Hyuga, you are summoned by the Principal," the leader's deep voice pulled me out of my Naruto trance and back into the real world. Before I could ask why, they had suddenly disappeared out of my sight. Typical, I huffed. I had to get going, Principal Tsunade didn't like to be kept waiting.

I looked to Neji and his friends and nodded, a message only Neji understood. "Well I ought to get going, Principal Tsunade isn't patient and doesn't like to be kept waiting." I said and politely bowed, a manner that was consistently drilled into my head growing up.

Neji nodded and did the same. "Goodbye for now, I hope we can do this sometime." I almost rolled my eyes at his court behaviour, that was so Neji. I waved and walked away from the group when I heard my name being called from behind.

I turned to see Naruto running in full speed at me. My heart absolutely melted at the sight but I was still in control of my senses to move aside. He came to an abrupt halt when he caught up with him.

"Hey," Naruto said panting. He held a finger up, signalling I give him time to catch his breath. "I thought I'd walk you to the Principal's office! Y'a know it's not safe to let girls walk alone! Believe it!" Naruto's confident voice made me laugh and smile. What he said was quite ironic and wrong.

If anyone tried to get the best of me, I could simply use my fist to paralyze them and hit the pressure point. It was one of the perks of my byakugan. He was wrong but sweet so I let him lead me to the Principal's office.

Tsunade

The ANBU squad arrived in my office a few minutes after I had sent them. I didn't need to be a genius to realise they had obviously found Hinata Hyuga, the cause of the cafeteria disaster. They all bowed politely as their leader gave the report about the mission.

"The Hyuga girl was found in the boy quarters cafeteria with those five humans. She was safe and sound. She will be in your office in a few minutes," the leader in the cat mask reported. I acknowledged the information and immediately dismissed the squad which disappeared in a puff of smoke.

Shizune had barged into my office hours ago with several pile of paper works I had to do. She refused to let me have my sake until I did my work. I threatened to fire her but she still took my sake and left my office.

I groaned at the amounts of paper work I still had to do. I needed a break and a bottle of Sake but I couldn't get any of that. I groaned once more. A few minutes later, I heard a soft knock and immediately knew it was the Hyuga girl.

"Come in!" I said arranging the piles of paperwork on my table. The door opened and Hinata walked in. She paused before me and politely bowed. I nodded and asked her to have a sit.

"You called for me, Principal Tsunade?" She asked in a soft voice and I realised she had never actually been in my office unlike her associate and my apprentice, Sakura.

"Yes I did. Are you aware of the cafeteria accident that took place 30 minutes ago?"

Hinata's face contorted into that of confusion and my question was immediately answered. "What accident?"

I shook my head. "Your friends destroyed the cafeteria because they were worried about your whereabouts. I know you weren't involved but because you were a catalyst in causing the destruction of the cafeteria, you have dentention for 2 days."

Hinata didn't react as I expected she would and instead accepted her fate. "Yes ma. Is there anything else?"

"No, you're dismissed," I replied and watched Hinata leaving the office. I glared at the enourmous pile of paper work before me groaning once more.

Sakura

Our classes ended for the day and after cleaning the cafeteria, the girls and I retired to our rooms. We were still worried about Hinata but our concerns decreased knowing the ANBU was on the case. We were all preparing for bed when our door barged open and Hinata appeared at the door step.

"Hinata!" Ino exclaimed happily and jumped on her, I joined. Ino and I let go of Hinata and then queried her.

"Where were you? How did you get back here? Did the ANBU find you? Are you in trouble?" Ino and I queried and bombarded Hinata with questions not giving her a chance to reply.

Tenten came from the bathroom in her comfortable pajamas of singlet and trousers. Her dog ears and tail lit up at the sight of Hinata but she was more controlled than Ino and I.

"When did Hinata get back?" She asked.

"Like right now!" Ino replied.

"Wow the ANBU does work fast!" Tenten exclaimed.

"Yeah, they do. Now to the main question of the day, Hinata, where were you?"

Hinata explained where she was and Ino and I laughed at our silliness. We told her about the cafeteria incident and how we were in so much trouble. We all laughed about it and went to bed.
