I was waiting for Carl's former men to come here. When they entered, they were shocked to see me.
Man 1: Jack?!
Man 2: I thought you were dead!
Joker: I did.
Man 3: How are you alive?!
Man 4: And what happened to you?
Joker: Jack is dead, my name is now.... Joker.
Man 1: Joker?
Joker: And I don't know how I'm still alive. But I feel even more alive now. I feel reborn.
The men don't say anything.
Joker: Carl's dead. I killed him.
Man 2: What?!
Man 3: Why?!
Joker: He was the one who sent GCPD to ACE Chemicals.
Man 4: That was him?!
Joker: Yes. And since I took care of him, I'm in charge now.
The men look at each other.
Man 1: It's great to have you back, Jac- I mean... Joker.
Man 2: What should we do?
Joker: Revenge, I want.... the Batman.
Man 3: How do we get Batman?
Joker: We need to get his attention.
Man 4: How do we do that?
Joker: Some of you will head back to ACE Chemicals, grab some poisonous gas. And the rest of you will come with me to the Gotham Bank, and we'll make some money!
