Onikas Pov
"Rih, this is really short." I said examining the costume I had on in the mirror. I wanted to be an angel for Halloween. I left it up to my bestfriend, Robyn to get the costumes.
"It's supposed to be, isn't that what Halloweens all about? And don't get all christian on me I know your dads a preacher." She said rolling her eyes and unwrapping a piece of candy. I scoffed and put my hands on my hips when I turned around.
"Turn back around, your ass is a better view then your scrunched up face of anger." She said and I threw one of my shirts at her. "Damn!" She said as she ducked so my shirt wouldn't hit her.
"I just wanted a normal angel costume, not this." I said pointing down at the display. I had fake wings with a halo, the dress was white and slightly lacy with a slit in it. It stopped halfway through my thighs.
"You look hot, what are you getting so uptight for?" She asked chewing the candy bubble gum she has previously unwrapped.
I narrowed my eyes at her, "Youre objectifying me." I heard her scoff.
"Objectify my non existent dick Onika, you need to chill."
I sighed as I checked myself out in the mirror, I liked good I just haven't worn anything this revealing before. The dress had a open area for my back.
"This is a college party Onika, no parents to say it's too revealing. Let loose." Robyn said shrugging. She had a point, my parents weren't here to get on my nerves. I could do whatever I wanted aslong as it wasn't against the law or interfering with my studies.
I nodded, I was going to go out like this. I slipped on my all white sneakers praying they didn't get totally dirty. Robyn looked at me in approval. She has devil horns on, she didn't have a dress though. She had ripped black jeans and a low cut top on.
We walked through the dorm hallways, there were decorations, some kids were talking in the hallways. Probably about the party we're about to go to.
We got into Robyns car and began the drive there. I looked out the window a little nervous, this was my first college party. When we arrived the house was big and you could already tell the party was started. I looked at it in amazement.
There was a gate and Robyn looked at the young adult who was clearly regulating who came in. They gave us the go and the gates opened. It was beautiful, the house was huge with Halloween decorated everywhere. I could tell their backyard was beautiful. They had bushes in the shapes of people.
"What rich person goes here and can afford this?" I asked turning to Robyn. She got out the car and walked around to my side. She put her hands through my window and shrugged leaning on the car. "
"I'm pretty sure Giovani owns it, you know his parents are stinking rich. Plus he can be as loud as he wants since the house is gated and no one can hear so no one can complain." I nodded, it was gated after all.
I stepped out and pulled my dress down a bit. We walked up and there were people conversation going outside, but stepping inside was a different story. The music was loud and there were different colored lights everywhere.
Aubrey came running around the corner, he looked like he was being chased by Safaree. They both stoped in their tracks and looked at us. They smiled, "You guys made it! Cool costumes." Aubrey said.
"What the hell are you guys?" Robyn asked looking at their costumes.
"We're thing 1 and thing 2!" Safaree said pointing to his red shirt and crazy blue dyed hair. I guess the guy actually dyed his hair for this.
