"A-choo"

Taehyung groaned in his sleep and turned his back to his wife. He had no idea which one of his children was hanging over them, sneezing their little nose off. Really, it could be any of the four. Either way, he was really tired and wanted some more sleep. He was sure Jennie would tend to it, anyway

"Ah...ah ...choo"

Groaning, Taehyung finally opened his eyes and sat up, expecting to come face to face with Arang, Aera, or Yuri & Yujin. He didn't, however. In fact, none of the children were on the bed. But he wasn't crazy. He had just heard two very loud sneezes

"A-choo"

Looking to his right, Taehyung was shocked to see Jennie sitting up with her head facing away from him, nose and mouth buried into the curve of her elbow

"Jennie?" Taehyung asked softly

Sniffling, Jennie finally straightened her body out and turned her head to face Taehyung, not even bothering to give him a smile "g'eah?"

Taehyung's eyes widened. Her nose was bright red, and the rest of her face was very pale. Her eyes looks so small and red as well. And the way she had just spoken...she sounded so strange

"You're...sick?" Taehyung blinked. He had meant for it to come out as a statement, not a question. It was just odd. Jennie rarely ever got sick. It was weird enough seeing her throw up every single day the two times she was pregnant. This was just not commonplace

"I think so" Jennie sniffled again before raising her arm to her mouth again, this time to cough into her inner elbow

"You're a mess" Taehyung frowned, causing Jennie to frown at him

"Gee, thanks" Jennie said with blanked face

"At least you've still got some energy left in ya" Taehyung chuckled. He rested his hands on Jennie's shoulders and gently pushed her down, until she was lying back down. Once her head was on it's pillow, Jennie sniffled again and stared up at Taehyung with sorrowful eyes

"Sorfy" apologized Jennie

"For what?" Taehyung stroked Jennie's cheek

"A-choo" Another sneeze interrupted Jennie's answer

"Shh, it's alright, you don't have to apologize for anything"

Taehyung smoothed out Jennie's black hair "Everyone gets sick once in a while. Even the powerful and strong girl like you too"

Jennie smirked before starting up a coughing fit, one strong enough that Taehyung began to grow very concerned

"Are you okay?" Taehyung rubbed her right hand

"Mmhm" Jennie managed to speak once the coughs died down "It's juft a cold. Don't worry ' bout it"

"Well, I think it would be best if you just stayed in bed for today" Taehyung folded his arms before nodding to himself. Yes, that sure was a good plan

"I can't" Jennie refused, trying to sit up, "I need to make breakfast for everyone, and go grocery and cloth shopping

"Uh uh, you'll be doing none of that" Taehyung smirked, pushing his wife back down"I can take care of everything, sweetheart. Don't you worry about a thing"

"You're sure?" Jennie sniffled

"Positive" Taehyung nodded "Just leave it to me" Taehyung patted Jennie's knee and got up from the bed, walking out of the bedroom

Jennie, who was left lying in bed, simply smiled and closed her eyes, hoping to maybe get some more sleep now that she was ordered on bed rest by her worrisome husband

aehyung had gotten down the stairs suddenly a voice came out

"Mommy" A small black head came running into the livingroom, looking around curiously for her mother. She was still dressed in her pajamas; a white nightgown printed with pink, black, and gray polka dots and a pink bow embroidery on the chest

"Yuri, sweetie, Mommy is upstairs" Taehyung informed his young daughter

"Okay" replied Yuri, toddling over to the steps and preparing to climb them

"Maybe I should have worded that differently" Taehyung smirked, walking back over to the stairs and picking Yuri up. Once in her father's arms, the child squeaked in surprise, but didn't fight the hold "Sweetie, Mommy is a little bit sick. I think we should just let her rest for today"
