Jeremy help Michael get into his chair seat and buckled him in, Michael playing with his small piglin plush he somehow convinced you and Mark of getting a few days after you adopted him.

It seemed to run in the family, the love of the piglins, Minecraft, and just the overall weirdness of the bloodline.

You got into the car and buckled yourself in, checking the backseat if the kids were done and ready. Jeremy smiled at you, although it awkward at first.

You smiled back at him and turned back to face the front. Mark got into the car and started it up, his face showing hints of worry although you could tell he was trying to hide because of the two kids in the back.

"Don't worry Moo, all four of us will be perfectly fine." You said.

Mark looked at you, a small smile on his face. "Seriously, bringing up that old nickname?"

You chuckled. "Yes, it's never going to get old."

Mark started up the car and backed out of the driveway, and drove down the long dirt road back to the small town they lived in. He directed the car north and continued, the music coming from the radio filling up the car.

Michael and Jeremy talked with each other while you and Mark tried your take on karaoke in the car.

The karaoke didn't go as well as you thought, but it ended in laughter so that was all that mattered to you.

As the landscape around the car changed into something that you recognized, you started pointing out areas where you used to go to, and recalled old memories. Good or bad.

Jeremy and Michael listened with interest over your past, as it wasn't something you liked to talk about much at the house.

"And over there, is where me and one of my older brothers, Wilbur, made me laugh so hard I choked on ice cream." Your face changed in something more somber, but you shook your head and continued talking.

Your husband and Jeremy was quick to notice the sudden change in the tone of your voice, but they didn't want to talk about it. Not while Michael was here.

They'll have to talk about that later.

Also, I wrote this on the way to a marching band compitetion.
