Rule no.1 [Nct Jaemin]

Part 8

"Sands, I'll be going now! Elle asked me to accompany her at the booth." Ria said.

"Okay, I'll be there soon. I just need to find that damn hoodie" I was looking for the hoodie that Jaemin gave me last time. So, it was really the one he was using that's why I haven't seen him using it during the promotions because I have it!

I just closed the door from my pad when I received a message from Aiden. He sent me a location asking if we could have lunch together. I replied to him that I'll be there. Once I got into my car my phone again starts ringing. It was Jaemin. 

"What is it?" I said

"Open your camera, I want see your face." he answered.

"I'm going to the university, right now."

"Oh, I want to see  how you drive. C'mon, open the camera." I just sighed and opened the camera. He was making a silly face and I didn't pay much attention to him because I'm driving. 

"You're not talking to me." he said with a sad tone.

"Aren't you being too clingy?" I said. Well, I'm not complaining, I'm just asking. Why would I complain like it's Na Jaemin! Like, who am I to complain?

"Isn't a normal thing for couples?" I stepped on the brake when I heard what he said!

"You know what, I'll get myself into accident if we keep on talking. Let's talk later."

"Okay. Be careful on your way. See you soon." 

"Bye. I'll call you later, okay?" I assured him and he waved goodbye at the screen then ended the call.

I arrived at the place where Aiden wants to have a lunch.

"What did you order?" I asked him.

"I haven't order anything but here's there menu." I reached out for it and find the pasta section I'm really craving for lasagna.

"Oh, they have lasagna! I'll order that and uhm... oh, clubhouse sandwhich! How about you?" i asked him

"I'll get the roasted turkey and greek salad. How about your drinks?"

"Iced tea will be fine." 

After 30 minutes of waiting, our food finally arrived at our table! 

"Woah! The lasagna was so good!" I heard Aiden chuckles and I just continue eating.

"Eat your food slowly. You'll get indigestion if eat it too fast." He said and gave me tissue.

"How can I eat slowly if I'm really hungry and the food is so good! Hey, how does the roasted turkey taste?" I asked him. He didn't say anything, he just sliced a piece of it and feed it to me.

"Woah, the chef is so good!"

"Of course, it's my mom." He proudly said. I got choked from what I heard. So, they own this restaurant?

"You own this place?" 

"My mom owned this restaurant. That's why I asked you to have a lunch here, I can get a discount." He smiled then continue eating. 

I thought, I'm going to pay for this lunch since he gave me a lot of snacks.

"Let me pay this!" I exclaimed. We've been fighting about the bill. 

"No. I invited you so I should pay." He said. 

"No! I got the snacks for free. I should at least-" I was cut off when a woman in her 30's approached our table.

"What's happening here?" She asked.

"Mom! We enjoyed the food and by the way this is Sandy, my classmate." It was his mom! I stand up and took out my hands for a shake hands.
