Rule no.1 [Nct Jaemin]

Part 14

"Did you ask him to join us because we will spend a night there and you will both miss each other?" I glared at Ria. 

"What? I'm just asking for your reason." She speaks again.

"He wants to go to a beach so I decided to invite him."

"Oh, okay. I'm still not convinced. So basically, you wanted to be with him that day because you will be broken and Jaemin will be like your conscience. Like, when you looked at Jaemin you will remember that's your standard."

"Can you shut up and just listen to the class?" I said and focused on the discussion. 

After our last class, Ria and I went to the school cafeteria. 

"Are you going to have dinner at our place?" Ria asked

"Yeah."

"Why?"

"Because I lived there."

"Oh really? I almost thought you moved out." I slightly pulled her hair and she just laughed.

She's been teasing me about having lunch and dinner with Jaemin. That becomes my routine for a month and next week will be Sev's wedding.

"I should have brought my car. I'm being a third wheel here!"

Jaemin laughs at Ria's complaint at the back. We're on our way to the resort, it's a 4 hours drive.

"Are you tired? I can drive so that you can sleep." I told him.

We woke up around 4 am and he's been driving for two hours already. We stopped at a convenience store to buy our breakfast and a few snacks.

"You can sleep at the back. I'll drive." I said while handing him the food. He just nodded at me.

Ria moved to the passenger's seat.

"I bring a box of tissue in case you'll cry later and 2 bottles of soju if want to forget the pain." Ria proudly said that.

"I will not cry, Ria. I'm not also going to drink."

"Of course you're not going to cry since you already have a new one. I don't mind if you will sleep in his room."

"Shut up. Fine, we will drink. Just shut up. I don't mind if you just sleep instead of saying nonsense stuff."

She just laughed at me.

When we arrived at the resort they are already setting the tables and chairs for later. 

"I'll go and check our reservation." Ria went out of the car. 

I waited for him to wake up. 

"You could have just woke me up." He said while fixing his hair. 

"You're tired from driving. Let's go," I said and went out of the car. He carried our bag and entered the hotel lobby. 

"Here's the key to your room," Ria said and handed me the key. 

"I thought we will be in the same room? Why did you book 3 rooms?" I asked her. She pretends to be shocked by what I said. 

"I only book 2 rooms. I thought you and Jaemin will-" I pulled her hair and she laughed at me. 

"I'm just being a thoughtful and supportive friend here!" She complains while fixing her hair. Jaemin was laughing beside me. 

"Shut up! Give him the key to his room." She handed him the key. 

As soon as we entered the room, I scolded her.
