It's been six months since Amon's revolution.
So far, Korra has been rehabilitating and practicing handling her spiritual abilities with Tenzin and the kids. I've heard she's been able to master airbending and control her avatar state.
While she's at the island, Asami took full ownership of Future Industries and is building airplanes and cars with the help of her employees.
I'll go over to the main factory whenever I'm not working to visit her and see how she's doing.
She recently expressed that business is slowly going downhill because Future Industries isn't making as many sales as it did when Hiroshi ran the whole thing.
For the past month, she's been asking other industry companies if they want to partner with her to help with shipping products and to hopefully improve business.
But so far, nobody wanted to.
They were all worried about what their reputation would look like if they partnered with a company that used to be owned by an Equalist.
So, yeah. Asami's been under a bit of stress lately but she's not going through it alone. Team Avatar has her back, plus Blossom.
As for me and my brothers, we're doing pretty good.
Mako has been working under Beifong at the police department as a cop, arresting criminals all around the city.
He told me that he enjoys his job and that if he keeps up the good work, Beifong could make him a detective. And being detective pays a lot of money.
And over at the newly renovated arena, Bolin is living the life of a celebrity.
He continued to pro-bend at the arena but since neither me or Mako wanted to keep going, Bolin's team is just him and two shy teenagers who can barely sprint without tripping over their feet.
But they're nice, they're both great.
They just.. suck.
And me. I'm definitely doing better than I did six months ago.
Blossom and I have our own apartment while running the restaurant together and we've been working on a plan to buy the restaurant for ourselves.
She's become my absolute best friend besides Asami.
Blossom's been with me every time I would cry over you-know-who. She was with me any time I was feeling down. Asami's been a good friend but it's different with her.
