Part 20 || did it!

<next day>

Sunghoon's POV

I knocked on their door multiple times while holding 3 tulips signifying 'I love you'. Why am I nervous? This is all fake and I know she likes me already so what's the deal? Why do I feel all jittery. The door made and unlocking sound and it opened revealing Jake. He looked at how I was dressed and the flowers I was carrying. He looked at me giving me that smirk resulting me to chuckle nervously

Jake: "let me call her"

Sunghoon: "no wait" I stretched out my hand stopping him "tell her to meet me by the park" he nodded and I walked to the swings where we last hung out.

Y/N's POV

Jake: "y/n! Go to the park someone's waiting for you!" I was laying on my bed still tired from last night. I could barely even remember anything. I slammed my phone on the bed and groaned

Y/N: "who ever it is tell them I'm busy!"

Jake: "it's Sunghoon!" He shouted back and I opened my eyes and sat up with my heart beating rapidly. Oh my gosh. I looked around my bed and checked the time on my phone. Shit ok

Y/N: "tell him I'll be there in 10mins!" I stood up almost tripping on my blanket and ran to the bathroom. I took a quick shower, blowed dried my hair, did a bit of makeup, changed my clothes and I was out fo the house "bye Jake see ya!"

Jake: "don't run too fast!" He pointed at me right when I was about to exit. I waved to him one last time and shut the door running to the park. While running I suddenly slowed down. I'm this excited for Sunghoon? I chuckled and walked normally. When I approached the park I saw his back while he was swinging gently on the left swing. He was holding flowers and was staring onto the view. He seems a bit dress up?

Y/N: "Hoon?" He turned around and stood up right away almost dropping his phone

Sunghoon: "y/n! Y-you kinda scared me" he laughed and flipped his hair back

Y/N: "sorry, you called me here?"

Sunghoon: "right uhm first these are for you" he handed me 3 tulips that were wrapped together by a red ribbon on its stalk. I brought it up to my face and smelled them

Y/N: "they smell great. Are these fresh?"

Sunghoon: "of course" he chuckled and we both sat down on the swings

Y/N: "so what's up? Something seems different" he turned to me with an amused plus curious face

Sunghoon: "hmm you'll see" I tucked my legs back and kicked my body forward so I could move lightly on the swings

Y/N: "when are you gonna start working for the company" I asked sniffing the flowers again

Sunghoon: "my parents said they'd give me a week to rest so Monday next week. How about you?"

Y/N: "same here, I'll be working first with the advertising department. I don't know where my parents are assigning Jake though" his face lit up and smiled happily at me

Sunghoon: "really? I'm in the creative and designing department! Our rooms are right beside each other!" We both laughed and a few seconds later it went silent again "n/n" when he called my name it felt so weird but like a good weird "I like- sorry no I love you" I faced him slowly with a blank expression on my face. So sudden... I was just about to bring up what happened last night but oh well

Y/N: "y-you what?"

A/N's POV

Sunghoon: "I didn't think I would but I do" Such a good actor. "Every time you're around I always get light headed which usually people don't like but for some reason your affect on me is different" I wonder where this boy gets these lines "you don't have to answer me but I just needed to tell you"

Sunghoon's POV

Y/N: "I love you too" she said right after I finished. Of course you do

Sunghoon: "r-really?" Did my stutter sound convincing?

Y/N: "yeah cause, I also noticed something. I mean it's nothing big but it's one of the biggest signs that I like you. People call me by my name every single day multiple times, but when you say it— it sounds so unfamiliar that I want to hear it over and over again. It makes me think like 'is that really my name?'" She chuckled looking down and faced me with the most gentle smile that sent a wave of guilt once again. "So I feel the same... I love you Park Sunghoon" something heavy went to my stomach. What's this? It's like there are animals stomping on it. I ignored it and stood up going in front of her. I bent down so I was lower than her eye level

Sunghoon: "I love love love you n/n"

Y/N: "I love you too... let's always be there for each other ok?" Nothing came out of my mouth. What do I say? I promise? I'm not gonna be able to fulfill that. I nodded and she bent down and hugged me. I couldn't say it. "So it's our first day today?"

Sunghoon: "first day?"

Y/N: "as a couple dummy" ohh right. She chuckled.

Sunghoon: "yes. The first day that my official girlfriend is Sim Y/n"

Hey guys updates for this might slow down but it will still be every 2 days!! I just have a lot going on like I'm making my other story (Spoiled Rich Kid) into a twt au, I have this to update, my tiktok stan acc to manage, my personal writing and school work. Sorry it's been a few crappy chapters but this book is almost ending so I hope you'll like it!! Don't worry there's still gonna be a plot tho HAHHAHA
