The Funny Little Men

The Concert

"You got everything? Shirts? Pants? Phone? Water? Food? Money?". Amber was getting annoyed. Her roommate, Damian, had said they were supposed to be driving 15 minutes ago, and now here he was, stalling. "I'm READY, let's GO", she shouted back. Amber and his roommate Damian were going to drive to "Spring Break", the best concert of the year, according to Damian. Damian had been going on for days about how he was going to see Verosika Mayday in person and how she was the hottest singer in the world. Amber was not so impressed with her. They hadn't really thought of women as hot anyways. They finally started driving, after half an hour of Damian quadruple checking they had everything. They were planning on staying there for the whole two weeks.

When they finally got to the concert, the two reacted very differently. Damian was super excited. HE went to find a place at the front, even though that was probably very unlikely. The whole place was crammed tight. Meanwhile, Amber was getting wary. He swore he saw a blood splatter by the dumpsters, but he ignored it. He also just found this whole experience weird. He also saw this girl with silver hair over and over and over taking people to this alleyway. Then Verosika started singing. Amber thought it was goddamn awful. Damian seemed to enjoy it though. Amber got bored and started to stare off into the sea. He was then interrupted when he felt somebody bump him. Amber turned around, only to see everyone on the beach making out. Now Amber was not against romance or sex in any way. In fact, he read many, MANY romance and smut fics on the internet, more than he would care to admit. He had just never seen it in real life. It was kind of nasty. Damian on the other hand was enjoying himself a lot, going at it with a stranger he just met. Damian looked like he was having fun, so Amber left him alone.

They were going to go back to their car to finish a book they were reading on the way there. As soon as he got in the car, however, a GIANT SEA MONSTER came out of the lake. That scared everyone. They all stopped going at it and making out to run away from this sea monster. Damian was the one exception. He stood there cheering on these funny-looking men. There was currently one fighting the sea monster. The sea monster started bleeding out in the lake. Amber was frantically waving over Damian, trying to get him to get in the car. He wasn't looking his way, so he finally got out of the car and went over to his roommate. When they were together, Amber was dragging Damian to the car when something really strange happened. After the funny little men stopped arguing, they opened a portal. Amber and Damian were both very curious. They both slowly walked towards the portal. Amber saw the silver-haired girl fall into the portal. Damian got a little too close to the portal and fell in. Amber was quick to catch him but wasn't strong enough to bring him up. Amber ended up falling in as well.
