When Aether woke up, he quickly analysed his surroundings, quickly, he remembered he had fallen asleep outside a tree just by Wangshu Inn. He felt some pressure on his should and then was aware that a certain adeptus was sleeping peacefully on his shoulder. He accidently moved waking up the sleepy adeptus.

Xiao opened his eyes to see Aether smiling at him. Blush appeared on his cheeks, quickly realising how close they were.

"Did you sleep well?" Aether questioned; he found this side of Xiao amusing to watch.

Xiao nodded trying his best to avoid eye contact with the blonde.

Suddenly an apple fell on one's head.

Aether laughed at this while Xiao looked away, blushing out of embarrassment more than ever.

Aether cupped Xiao's cheeks, kissing his nose.

"Ew! Why do they have to be so lovey dovey." Paimon complains, watching them from inside a bush.

"They are a good match for each other," Zhongli appears beside Paimon.

"Where did you come from!!" Paimon screams.

Childe is sat next to Zhongli, regretting his life decisions.

"I guess I won the bet," Zhongli turns to Childe.

"Whatever," Childe passes Zhongli and big bag of mora.

"As I expected. Also, I think I actually won the bet Mr Zhongli," Ningguang appears.

"Where do you all keep coming from?!!" The fairy cried.

"Aether did you hear something?" Xiao questioned, looking in the direction of a certain bush.

"Nope, I wanna go back to sleep." Aether yawned before quickly standing up and picking the raven up bridal style.

"What do u think you are doing!" Xiao argued, trying to push himself away from Aether.

"We are going back to Wangshu Inn to sleep," Aether winked at the adeptus in his arms.

"Wait! Aether-" It was too late Aether was already walking away.
