Lesson One: To Act in Kindness.

Shush, I know it sounds cliche. But it's real, I promise you. Consciously making sure you act in kindness can make a huge difference in your life.

Now, I know there are times when you have off days. And that's all right. But, I want you to take up this first challenge.

For the rest of this month (whatever month that is, and if it is the end of the month, then start next month) I want to to conciously take four out of your seven days of each week and assign them an act of kindness.

Then see how you're feeling. If it's a true effort, and you're consistent, you should notice you're a little happier. Or maybe more positive.

When you share positive energy, you get positive energy back. How do I know? I LIVE that way.

To be clear, I'm not bragging. I promise. I'm trying to show you guys how much this really works. My personality type, ISFJ, already is a naturally kind person. But after being inspired by some of my friends, religious leaders, and just random people, I decided to try a similar challenge myself.

And it helps. Helping others gives you this certain feeling that's hard to find elsewhere. And not to mention the beneficial effects and friendships that you can form while doing it.

Kindness is a virtue. And its an amazing virtue to have. I know it's weird to think, "hey, am  I a kind person?" I'm sure you are. But that doesn't mean you can't take it a step further. I was a kind person too, but I noticed a difference once I actually made an effort to be kind.

Remeber that I love you all. Even if no one else does, I will. I'll do my best, I promise! You are all amazing people. I hope this was an alright start to these seven lessons. I'll see you all tomorrow!!!

Hmm, I used "I promise" way to much didn't I? XD
