  Lesson Four: Attitude of Grattitude

Don't freak out, mates. This one's really quite simple for all it's fancy wording.

Also, dude, macaroons? Ever had one? I think there delicious.

Ahem, anyways. This one's got a simple challenge to it. Say thank you! Man, this one is so easy! Say thank you to the random kid who held the door open for you when you walked into school. Say thank you to the shuttle driver. Say thank you to the grocercy check out lady. Say thank you to your waiter.

Just say thank you to the people who have done something for you.

It will make you feel better, and them to. Trust me on this one. You have no idea how many kids I've made feeling suddenly appreciated and awkward because I paid enough attention to them to just say thank you. It's actually really funny to watch the popular football player stare at you in surprise because he picked up you're water bottle or was the one to give you that assignment the teacher was passing out because you're not in the front row.

And the amount of bus drivers who have smiled because of a simple thank you? I mean, that job kinda has to suck, guys. It's not the most enjoyable, especially if it's for kids and not adults.

It's a genuine way to make the day you're living brighter for both sides of the thank you.

Official challenge: say thank you to someone everyday of the the week for 20 days. See if you can make it a habit. You can do this at the same time as previous challenges or not. But try it out.

Up for something even more challenging? Every week, you choose what day you want to do it (so if its every Monday, its every Monday), write a list of at least ten things a day you're grateful for. For each month, try not to repeat any words within those four weeks.

I love you all! Man, I appreciate the support you all have given me. You guys are the best <3. Have you drank some water, taken your meds, or gotten up from that chair you've been sitting at for twelve hours? If not, do so now. Imma do that myself. Water is good for you and I need to get out of this chair.

Bye!!! I'll see you all tomorrow.
