The Prime Extraction (part 1)

Arc and his squad had gathered in one of the hangars of Kamino. He had a hard time telling Scout apart from Ranger but he'd figure it out later. They were being loaded up in an NU-class attack shuttle. It had enough room in it for them since Jetter would be piloting it.

"Is there anything you don't know how to pilot?" Bronze teased.

"I don't know how to pilot that brain of yours." Jetter said back.

"Why you no good tusk scruffer." Bronze muttered.

Everyone let out a chuckle as the ship lifted off. Arc hadn't bother to ask where the king was even at. All Arc knew was the king of Yuka Prime wanted off world to talk to the senate or the chancellor about liberating his planet.

"So what's the mission Captain?" Scout asked.

"We're being sent to the planet Yuka Prime to extract the king. Other than that I don't know anymore." Arc explained.

"So we're going in blind?" One of the new troopers asked.

"Afraid so. I'm going to try and contact the general on Kamino and see if I can figure anything else at." Arc replied.

The new trooper lowered his head in disbelief.

"You've got something to say shiny?" Arc asked.

"One, I'm not a shiny sir. I was present in the last battle of Geonosis. The names Wheeler and I'm part of your legion. Two, the last time we went in blind we lost almost the entire legion." Wheeler explained.

Arc's heart sank again with the reminder of the last battle. He could tell everyone's else did as well.

"Listen kid. I was just put in charge of this legion right before that battle. I wasn't given time to plan or get to know this legions strength. We weren't ready for that battle and that's clear so be glad you got to be one of those that survived." Arc said before walking into the cockpit.

"I've already got the general raised Captain." Jetter said.

"Thank you Jetter." Arc replied.

"No problem sir." Jetter said.

"Captain. I hear you have questions of the mission?" Shaak Ti asked.

"Yes general. Do you know where we're suppose to meet this king?" Arc asked.

"Well where else Captain? The palace in the main city." Shaak Ti replied.

"Right and if things go wrong?" Arc asked.

"Admiral Reyes is waiting in the nearest Republic system incase things do but it'll take her ten minutes to get there." Shaak Ti explained.

"So make sure things don't go wrong. That's easy. Arc said sarcastically.

Shaak Ti had a slight smile on her face but was already moving onto the next topic.

"Once you've got the king off planet. Meet up with Admiral Reyes and transport the king straight to Coruscant." Shaak Ti explained.

"Copy that general." Arc replied.

Jetter ended the call and then looked at the captain.

"Any idea what system the admirals fleet is in?" Jetter asked.

Arc pulled up a map of the Kamino system.

Yuka prime is this system. It's in between Yuka Major and Yuka. The nearest system would be the Rishi system which means the fleets probably waiting at the Rishi moon station." Arc explained.

"So that means we have to go from the Rishi moon all the way into the core worlds?" Jetter asked.

"Yep." Arc replied.
