Siege The Labs

The droid forces had been cleared from the ground. The clone officers were now gathering to plan the attack on the labs.

"Wheeler and Titan will take gunships up to secure the landing pads. I've sent for Exxon squad to take the third landing pad. The rest of us will go up through the elevators." Arc explained.

"I still don't like this." Blood said.

"I have to agree. If a detonator gets in there then that's a lot of men lost." Titan added.

"I know but it's the only choice we have. If we only go by gunships the squads will be decimated." Arc explained.

"Let's just get this over with." Blood said.

Him and Titan went off to start breaking off their men into groups. Arc and Wheeler turned and made their way towards their regiment.

"Who all is in Exxon squad?" Arc asked.

"Squad leader Exxon, a sniper called Redcell, a heavy gunner named Ozone, a trooper named Neon, a explosives trooper named Midnight, and then four other troopers." Wheeler explained.

"How experienced are they?" Arc asked.

"Exxon is the only experienced person on the squad. He survived the second battle of Geonosis but lost most of his squad." Wheeler explained.

"Where is the rest of his squads survivors?" Arc asked.

"Reassigned to lead new squads." Wheeler replied.

Arc nodded before gathering his own personal squad. He looked over the men and decided off of what he thought was best. Exxon's squad already had a heavy gunner, sniper, and explosive trooper. Non were experienced but it was more than what Arc's squad had. Wheeler would already have two heavy gunners and a sniper.

"Thunder, Jetter is sending some vehicle drop ships down to collect the tanks. I want you to go back up and get vehicles ready for a defense for the village." Arc explained.

"Sir, wouldn't my skills be better down here?" Thunder asked.

"No, your my best man when it comes to vehicles." Arc replied.

"Understood sir." Thunder said.

"Dogger, you'll load up with Wheeler and as the gunship nears the landing pad fly up and scout the pad." Arc ordered.

"Yes sir." Dogger replied.

"I'll take the rest of you and go through an elevator. We'll meet up with Wheeler and then Exxon squad." Arc explained.

Everyone nodded their understandings before running off. Arc ran with Doc, Scout, and Bronze to an elevator with a bigger group of Arc's regiment standing in front of it. Arc motioned for five of his men to follow him as the nine of them climbed aboard the elevator and then made their way up. The sound of battle was already coming through the comlinks as the gunship squads engaged droid defenses.

"Gamma squad down!" A voice shouted through the comlink.

"They fly now!" Someone else said.

"Repeat that last." Arc ordered into the comlink.

"Sir, there's battle droids with wings." Someone replied.

"Their attacking our gunships and troops on the ground." Someone else ordered.

"This just got more interesting." Doc muttered.

"Wheeler, have you made it to a landing pad?" Arc asked.

"Yes sir though my squads being cut to pieces." Wheeler replied.

"Hang in there." Arc ordered.

"Trust me sir. I don't plan to die today." Wheeler replied.
