Is This A Normal Life?

Part 6

Zak POV

As we walk to the main lobby we see the guys arguing with the receptionist, Maddie and I looked at each other and walked to the front desk to see what was happening. " What do you mean by that?, what kind is hotel is this the?" Aaron asked getting pissed off. " I am so sorry Mr. Goodwin but I cannot do anything about that until someone leaves the hotel" the receptionist said. Maddie and I were very confused, " Aaron what's going on?" I said which made Aaron turn around to face me. " This hotel does not have any rooms available for Maddie" he said. " Where is Maddie going to go, what the hell?, " Where is Madison going to stay then?" Billy asked. We all turned to face Maddie, she looked scared and confused. I could not let her go somewhere where she can get hurt. " Zak we only have 3 rooms, mine and Billy's, Ashley and Jay;'s and yours." Aaron and Billy had a double room which has two beds, ashley and Jay have their own room and so do I, but my room only have one bed. "Maddie I have an idea, if you don't want to you don't have to, you can sleep in my room, I only have one bed but its yours I will sleep in the sofa." I said to her. She took a minute to thinking about it and then nodded. we all headed to our rooms for a good needed nap.

When we got to the door of mine and Maddie's room she looked scared. " Don't worry, I am not going to hurt you," I vowed to her. She nodded and we made our way inside the room. " I want to shower, may I?" Maddie asked. " Sweetie of course you can, after all this is your room too." She smile and got some clothes from her luggage. " Here you can use this towel its clean" I passed her the towel and she went to the bathroom with it and some clothes. I decided to go down and get something for me and Maddie to eat before we went to bed. I didn't know what she likes to eat or if she has any allergies. I got waffles, fruit, coffee, orange juice and some eggs and bacon. When I got to the room Maddie was still in the bathroom. I set all the food on the table so she can eat as soon as she comes out. When she got out she had her PJ's on and her hair wrap on a towel. " I got us some food from downstairs, i did not know what you like but I got a little bit of everything" I said with a smile. " thank you Zak you are being so nice to me and I don't deserve it" she replies, " Why would you said that?" I asked her a little confused, why does she thinks she does not deserves this?.

" I have been told many times that I am worthless and that I do not deserve anything. Plus the way I treated you earlier was not a proper way to tell you not to be near me" She cries. My heart sunk at this, why would anyone say this kind of mean things to her?, why?. "Well to me you are worth it, and in my opinion you deserve this and much more" I said to her with a smile

After we finished eating breakfast she decided to go to bed while I showered. When I came out of the shower she looked like she was sleeping, I went and took one of the pillows from the bed before going the sleep in the couch. I closed my eyes as soon as I layed there.

Fast Forward 5 hours later

I woke up to an horrific sound, Maddie was vomiting in the bathroom, I knocked on the door to see if she was okay and she let me in. " Are you okay?" I said, " I don't know. Maybe something I ate is making feel like this." she said before running to the toilet and puking once more, I held her hair up so she won't get any vomit on it, I also rubbed her back lightly while whispering to her that everything was going to be okay. " I need some water" She says while getting up. " I will get it for you go and lay down." I went down stairs to get her a bottle of water and some pills for her upset stomach, when I came back up she was sleeping. I put the water bottle and pills on the nightstand and exited the room to see if the guys were ready to leave since we had a lockdown to do.

I came back to the room to see how Maddie was doing, she was wide awake watching TV, " Madie how are you feeling?" I asked her " Better thanks for the water and pills by the way, they helped me a lot" she smiles. " You are welcome, listen I have to go to do the lockdown tonight, Ashley is next door if you need anything plus you can text me if you need anything too." I informed her. " I will be fine Zak go and do what you got to do." She said. I decided to go ahead and get ready for the lockdown.

" If you need anything-", " If I need anything to text you or ask Ashley who is next door, I think I got it Zak don't worry so much" she laughs. " I know, I just want to be sure you are going to be okay" I assured her. " I will be, I promise" she promises. She did something that caught me off guard, she hugged me and kiss my cheek. I blushed at this and hugged her back. " I will be back around 7" I said to her before heading out the door, I kissed her cheek and we said our goodbyes.
