3RD POV
All the children were outside either playing or doing chores. Unfortunately, m/n was one of the ones doing chores. He stood beside Emma and Gilda who were holding baskets of sheets and clothes. The two girls were watching Don who was talking to Sister Krone. "I wonder if it's okay?" Gilda said quietly.
"Let's go. Mama's watching." Emma whispered back as she saw the caretaker looking at them through the door that had a window on it.
The two oldest boys had their sleeves rolled up as they washed the laundry. "According to what Emma told me, Gilda is innocent," Norman said as he looked to the side. "M/n is also innocent." He added as he remembered the conversation he had with the 10-year-old last night.

M/n stared at Norman as he walked in. Normans face changed to a serious face as he got closer to the apathetic boy. Norman stared down at him as he stopped right in front of the table m/n was sitting at. "There's no fooling you so I'll just come out and say it." Norman started. He got closer to the male's face who was sitting on the other side of the table. "Are you Mama's informant?" Norman questioned not beating around the bush.
M/n doesn't answer the question but says something completely catching Norman off guard. "you know... i'm sorta wondering what made you change your mind." Normans face remained unchanged but he is curious as to what m/n is going on about. "you know, with only escaping with ray and emma," M/n said. As that came out of his mouth Norman's eyes widened.
"That night you... you heard us?" Norman asked pretty much already knowing the answer. M/n nodded his head then continued to talk.
"honestly at first i thought you were crazy but it does all add up. the numbers on our necks, the gate we can't go near, the tests." M/n started to list off. "it's sad i only realized why you decided to tell us now when you asked me if i was Isabella's informant." M/n sighed getting up from the chair he sat in then walked to a bookshelf. Putting his hand on all the books he passed by. "i'm also a little offended my name didn't come up in the conversation but ray's did." He admitted while grabbing a random book
Norman sweatdropped at the pettiness coming from the boy. But he shouldn't be surprised because this is the same person who won at a game of Rock Paper Scissors against him and never played with him again because he didn't want to lose after winning once. "also, just to clarify, no, i am not isabella's informant. if you do think that i am lying to you i could have told on you that night and gotten everything done with then we wouldn't even have to have this conversation," m/n explained his reasons.
"Don't worry, I believe you." Norman started as m/n put the book back and moved to the back where the science books were. "And we did want to tell you from the beginning we just weren't sure if you'd believe us." The albino-looking boy said.
