lisa's pov

the day has come, but there are still no suspects. chief hwang contacted me yesterday to convince my friends to report all the smallest detail or some forgotten details that we haven't or forgot to say to him.

because this could lead us to any suspects and those details must be helpful at some type of way. i helped auntie, chaeyoung's mom to distribute flowers to the people and of course including aces and the parks (rosé and jimin).

since foundation day is next week, and chaeyoung have no replacement yet from being a secretary. i think i need to ask rosé about it, her handwriting is pretty and i think she is responsible enough.

because she have a part time job, i promise to help her to lessen her tasks. "lisa, tell the priest to come here already." auntie patted my shoulder as she spoke and i just nodded at her while smiling. i went towards the priest's van and knocked, "hello father." i said as he patted my head.

"mrs. son said that you could now start." i said as he nodded and i helped him go down the van.
"thank you lisa-ssi." he thanked me before walking through the place. 

i looked at everywhere from afar as my eyes dropped at the trees and saw namjoon oppa and jungkook talking seriously. describing from their face, they looked so mad or something. i snapped at my thoughts as i saw the walk back at the chairs and so am i.

let's go chaechae, its your funeral.

as the funeral is done, rosé along with jennie volunteered themselves to distribute some snacks and drinks to the visitors since they said they have nothing to do.

y'all must've witnessed how the son's and the aces along with the parks cried while dropping the flowers at her casket.

the others also helped by cleaning the whole place since some of the filthy visitors just left the trashes at the ground or chairs and they didn't saw the trash can just right beside the door.

"jennie unnie." rosé called her while they were resting for a bit in one of the chairs. jennie turned her head to rosé who's only right beside her. "lisa told us to tell what details we missed or forgot to say to chief hwang right?" rosé said.

"yes, is there anything you have to report?" jennie asked the younger while holding rosé's shoulder. "yes, about the buamdong-gil alley." rosé stated as jennie nodded.

"i don't wanna hear it yet whatever that is i don't wanna cry too much today, the past days have been enough." jennie said and trying not to break down in tears. all what rosé could do is pat the older ones back and hugged her.

jisoo's pov

since its not yet that late, we decided to chill out a bit in the sons house and mrs. son insisted us to go here so we could at least freshen up before leaving in some hours. it has been a week since jin is courting me and i am planning to say my answer at the first day of the foundation day.

and of course i am going to say yes, who can say no to kim seokjin right? i was disturbed from my thoughts when lisa nudged me and she's already sitting at my right.

"what is it lisa?" i asked her and she heaved a sigh, is she having secrets these days? i can't deny the fact that she really is sad because it's chae's funeral but she kept looking at namjoon and jungkook while the funeral is ongoing.

"i think namjoon oppa and kook is kinda sketchy at fact that they didn't come with us earlier."

before i can reply to what she said she spoke again, "they could've discussed the plans for the foundation day with us." she said as she stared at the air. well she have a good point though, but what is she trying to imply?

"so what? maybe they wanted to talk about it first before telling the plans to us." i said as i raised my eyebrows at her, "well namjoon rarely trusts jungkook about the ideas in our student board, y'know that jungkook makes the stupidest ideas in the world.

that's why all he can contribute is to arrange or decorate things with taehyung." she explained, "get to the point lalisa." i sternly said and to be clear i'm not angry i just don't know where this conversation is going.

"i saw joon oppa and kook talking seriously before the funeral, both of em' look so mad. do you think it has something to do with chae?" she said while looking at me, and i knew the chae she was talking is the one that is already in the casket.

"hm, what do you mean? that one of them killed chae? that's impo-" before i can complete my sentence she tapped my shoulders, "oh god unnie lower down your voice, it was just my hunch okay? namjoon oppa confessed that chae and him fought before the day she died

that's my whole point." she said slightly whispering. "what ever that is, don't accuse him first or the both of them. you never know lisa-ssi, confront them if they did something suspish. keep that hunch of yours to yourself first."

i spoke before standing up from the couch as i left her dumbfounded. its not namjoon or jungkook right? they love son chaeyoung more than the world.
